Abuse, screaming
It's now summer,
mom decided to send
me at my aunts until
I graduated Elementary
-if that's even true-
Specifically my dear Aunt Sumi.
She said "So you can focus
on your studies dear"
with a smile on her
face.A smile I have
known for years,
a fake one that replaced
her tears.
Little did she know I
heard every word they
throw at each other every night.
there wasn't screaming,
in fact I would've preffered
if they speak rather
than ignoring each other
at daytime and argue at night time.
I knew I would not
be back in our previous
home, I'd probably be
stuck here until I have
a work of my own.
They didn't even
show up when I graduated
Elementary, now I know
that from the start
they weren't always
there for me, that
everything will not
go back to normal.
