Name: Harm and Heal
Range: Close-Range
Description: User can secrete a fog around their body that can either hurt someone/something or heal someone/something. The only drawback is that the user can only keep this up for about 15 minutes total (during that time the user can turn the quirk on and off, so they don't waste their time.)
