I remember when I was young, my father and mother loved me, promising me the world. I was just a little kid when my father took me to visit the royal sorceress when she told him a dark power will overthrow us, he didn't listen of course and continued teaching me how to rule our world.
oh dang it! How rude of me! I'm Angel the Hedgehog Last survivor of the angelic royal family, I know it's a fancy title, but it's really not, like I said my fathers sorceress predicted a dark power. That destroyed my legacy. I was 15 when my coronation was taking place for me to be queen, I was excited to be the first queen is centuries that wielded a sword, I was the only child of my family's current generation so I had to not only be a kind queen, but a strong willed fighter as well.
"Sweetie, come on its time!" My mother says walking in, her dark pink hair flowing beautifully.
"H-hello mother.." I said while nervously messing with my quills I inherited from my father,
"oh sweetie your quills are beautiful, you don't need fancy hair." She says coming closer and hugging me,
"I know I know, I'm just nervous about them, I almost look like a boy with them." I said looking at my mirror.
"No you don't, your a beautiful pink!" She laughed. "Now come on your fathers waiting." She gestured the door and I followed, I was wearing a combination of amor and a gown it looked quite well on me to say the least,
"oh my Angelina you look astonishing!" My father said hugging me.
"T-thank you father-r.." I said struggling for breath.
"Hehe sorry princess." He smiled, his white quills waving in the breeze from all the open windows, "now we have to go! People are getting reckless!" He laughed pulling me down the hall as I laughed with him.
~a while later~
"Princess Angelina, do you swear to protect your kingdom with your whole heart and will?" My father asked me,
"I do" I replied.
"Do you swear to love your people and keep them safe for as long as you live?"
"I do"
"Do you swea-" he was cutoff by a cannon fire "WHAT THE HELL?!" I yelled then ordered his guards to evacuate everyone.
"Father! I can help!" I said
"Get to the guards quarters! Get Rameo!" He ordered and I ran to the castle, Rameo is out strongest guard, so strong he could fight for weeks straight. "RAMEO! RAMEO WAKE UP!!" I yelled banging on the door.
"Princess! You need to get out of here! Come on!" He grabbed my arm and tried to pull me to safety.
"No! We need to help my father!" I resisted.
"Me and your father went over this, we have a plan!" He said dragging me with extreme force.
"What is this plan of yo-" I was cut off by shadow creatures breaking in from the walls. "DEMONS?!?" I screamed as Rameo pulled me in his arms and jumped out a balcony landing near the horse stables.
"COME ON!" He ordered. "A-ALRIGHT!" I replied climbing on a horses with him, we were riding to the center of the kingdom, I could tell.
"what are we doing?!" I asked raising my voice.
"We are heading to the center if the emerald empire! And we are going to stab your fathers sword into the ground there!" He replied making the horse go faster
"How on möbius is that going to help?!" I asked as the horse stopped, around us my people were running in terror, screaming, fighting, "my people NEED me to do more then put a sword in the ground!!" I screamed as he pulled me to the stone tablets on the ground,
"Hold the sword with me!" He said forcing my hands on my fathers blade along with his, "on three we force it on the ground! One!"
"Two!" I says giving up my resistance.
"THREE!" We bother yelled forcing it in the ground, or felt as if the world was falling below us into the sword, I eventually fell unconscious.
