Chase

Thursday nights are usually some alone time for me to drink and put things into perspective, no friends, no girls, just me and my thoughts. The playboy prince is usually unavailable on Thursdays. I drove home in changed into a blue jeans and a white tee with a matching blue denim jacket, picked the keys to my Aston Martin and drove to nuit, the place I've been hanging out since it opened. The place wasn't too crowded, it was classy and cozy as well.

I moved to the bar noticing that Ramon, the bartender I usually meet has been replaced with someone else.
"Dirty martini on the rocks", I ordered. Not my usual but I was in no mood for tequila. After six glasses, I was ready to leave. My head was clear now.  I touched my pocket a couple of times and I couldn't find ny wallet. I could have sworn I put it in the back of my jeans.
"On me", a lady who I didn't notice was also sitting at the bar offered.
"Thank you", I said with a hint of embarrassment in my voice.
"Don't thank me, treat me to some dirty martini some times", she said and walked away. Not the move I was expecting her to make. I thought she was going to make a conversation, probably ask why a hot guy is drinking by himself but no, she just walked away.

As soon as realization dawned on me, I went after her.
"You didn't tell me your name", I asked, with my hand on her shoulder.
"That's because you didn't ask", she replied.
"Barren Chase nice to meet you', I said,  offering her a hand. She took my hand and responded "Maya Robinson"
I took a few moment to check her out, making sure it wasn't obvious. She was pretty, sexy even. The way her outfit was perfectly hugged to her body, outlining her curves made me feel like taking off the clothes. Her smile lit up her beautiful brown eyes. Staring at her fully formed lips just made me feel like crashing my lips into hers. Her skin was a little pale as her platinum blonde hair fell effortlessly on her shoulder.

She pulled her palm slowly from mine and smiled. I offered her my card and asked her call me so that I treat her to some drinks next week. She took it, smiled at me and walked away. I watched her for sometime and went back in to grab my denim jacket.
A block before I reached the parking lot, I found my wallet, guessing I dropped it. I drove home with the image of Maya in my head. I couldn't wait to see her again.
