Yes I know I was foolish to take my uncle's chariot. But there is no way I am turning around, he would smite me before I even landed. No questions asked. I needed to find an ally. I flew the chariot over the mortal world as my eyes wandered over buildings and streets filled with people. I had only been to Hawaii so I did not know what to expect from a land of new things.

I soared over 3 cities before I saw a woman crying on a bench in a big park. I landed the chariot and hid it behind a bush on the outer edge. I sneezed and she whirled around her mouth agape. She was beautiful with golden curly hair and light skin, she was wearing a expensive gown and around her neck was a sapphire necklace. She stood mascara running down her checks and stared at me.

Who are you?

She said with a heavy German accent as she grabbed her hand bag fiercely. Now I must look like a homeless person because she eyed my Bermuda shorts and Hawaiian shirt with a quizzical look.

Cupid

I said simply. She gave a look that showed she did not believe me. I shrugged a pointed to a man sitting alone reading a newspaper and a girl yapping on her phone. she watched as pink arched from my hands and zapped them on the tush. they both went starry-eyed and swooned at each other. The lady raised an eyebrow and nodded her approval.

My name is Lillian, and if you are as you say you are then maybe you can help me.

She gave a sigh and pulled out a picture of a man with dark curls and a sculpted body.

This is my boyfriend Todd, our relationship is on a downward spiral.

She said mimicking a explosion and sighing. I snapped my fingers and my clothes changed to a pink silk suit with a red bow tie, with a yellow flower pinned to my chest. My hair grew longer till I had almost a superman cut then my skin bulged as I grew muscles. She stared at me then gave a grin.

Where to milady?

She pointed to a invitation on the ground for a party at a joint in Times Square New York! So that's where I was, any way I rode the chariot in front of her and changed it to a crisp white carriage with white horses and a footman. she giggled as I worked my magic giving her a even more beautiful gown. It sparkled as she twirled making roses dance on her dress.

Let's go!

We hopped in a galloped to the party. When we arrived the footman opened the door to a red carpet. Cameras flashed as we waltzed down the carpet arm in arm. People watched mouth open as we walked by shinning. Once inside her boyfriend saw me and a vein bulged in his neck. Woman were all over him but he was trained on Lillian the whole time. I glanced at the 60's themed party with the bar, the stage and booths. then she walked up to the stage and cleared her throat.

Todd stared lasers at me as she started to sing...

I was enriched in its beauty as was the crowd, she sang so beautiful I wanted to cry. I grabbed a magic heart container and recorded it. That's when I relized, she was a muse! I laughed as I waved goodbye and headed to the carriage. I used my magic and turned the carriage. I almost turned back when I decided, I wanted to keep this form. I jumped in the chariot and lept to the sky, my hands guided the reigns back home as I passed through the field. Hades rose from the ground and was about to shoot me when I released Lillian's song. It echoed as I soared down, Hades was still as I landed and closed the heart. He sighed and held Persephone's hand, I love you with all my heart. Persephone gasped and smiled, he offered her some pomegranate seeds. She blushed and ate six, then my mother came out of the temple smiling.

I smiled and handed her Lillian's song. she smiled and gave me a hug.

I give you permission to leave here and travel.

I smiled and hugged her harder.
