Jack asked very kindly
“Ok cool so you want to start or should I?”
“First of all don’t talk to me like I’m a child, secondly you can”
Was Elisabeth’s response, Jack looked at her in utter shock then asked
“Ok why do you push people away and deny any chance of friendship”
Elizabeth looked shocked and turned to him with wide eyes
“Well when I was younger I never really fitted in with normal kids and I was picked on all the time so I decided to walk alone from there on”
She said with a sad expression, Jack now looked shocked but then Elizabeth asked very suddenly
“So why did you become a jock but stay a nerd and keep those odd friends of yours?”
She made a funny face at the end of her sentence; Jack smiled and said very proudly
“Well those ‘odd friends’ of mine where there before I was a jock and I wasn’t going to lose them because of a stupid title”
“Wait so you guys are really close and all?”
Elizabeth asked
“Well yeah we’re like family”
Elizabeth actually smiled and said
“That must be nice…”
Jack looked shocked
“What?”
Elizabeth asked with a small laugh
“You can smile?! And you can laugh?!”
Jack said with a sarcastic smile, Elizabeth looked at him like he was crazy but her smile disappeared completely as she answered
“Well yes but I don’t do it often…”
“Why?”
He asked looking confused
“Well I just don’t now can we continue with the questions please…”
Elizabeth said as she turned away from him, just as he was about to say something the bell rang and Elizabeth stood up and walked out, Jack got up and found his friends waiting to hear what happened.
