I just don't get on Wattpad as much as I used to. I used to come here to relax and let my mind wander in endless books. No disturbances from the outside world... just my mental journey through the books I read. And I read a LOT. Since I read so heavily, I need more than the measly two books provided in our new offline reading system. I have found myself switching to other means of filling my imagination without the disturbance of ad after ad. I would rather not use my data for Wattpad when I could just purchase a fully publish book and keep forever.
That is why I do not update so frequently. I do not ever plan on removing this book. I want to keep it forever as a reminder of how Wattpad stabbed us all in the back in an attempt to force ads down our throats. I keep my data turned off for Wattpad in my settings now. Rarely will I turn it on.
