The Concert (NKOTB Fan Fiction)
"I can't believe we are actually going to a New Kids concert!" A exited Serena exclaimed. She brushed her brown hair that was half past her shoulders. "I know right!" Her best friend, Cam, said, practically jumping up and down. Serena was 3 years older than Cam. Cam was 16, and Serena was 19. "I might meet Jordan!" An extra exited Aydya said. "Oh please". Cam said sarcastically, applying a light pink lipgloss. "If you should be exited about anyone, it should be Jonathan." Serena rolled her eyes with a grin on her face. "Jon is gay Cam, get that in your head." She said. "Stop reminding me." Cam replied, with a smile. Serena put on a black New Kids On The Block tank top with denim shorts. Cam wore the same tank top with black capris. Aydya wore a navy blue New Kids tee-shirt with black shorts. She put on a cherry-red lipstick that stood out to her brown eyes and dark brown hair. "Hey what nail polish should I wear?" Can asked. "Well I'm the middle aged of the group so I should pick because the middle is always forgotten." Aydya guilted. "Your only a year younger then me, Aydya." Serena said. "Ok well ill just choose red then." Cam said, trying not to laugh at their ridiculous argument. She painted her long nails red.

After a half hour, they headed off to the concert in Serena's Honda. They were almost screaming on the way there because they got V.I.P passes AND front row center. They could go backstage at the end of the concert!

During The Concert

The girls were jumping up and down, screaming, crying, and laughing. They started singing Hangin' Tough, when Serena thought her and THE Donnie Wahlberg made eye contact! *Did we just-no it couldn't have* she thought. But just then, Donnie looked at her again! She gave him a smile. She just now realized that she liked Donnie Wahlberg. He smiled back! The three girls were sweating. They thought they would go deaf from all the screaming 12-year-olds. "CAM"! Serena attempted to say. "YEAH"? "I THINK DONNIE LOOKED AT ME"! "YEAH RIGHT"! "I'M SERIOUS"!

After the concert

The girls headed to the V.I.P section. It was them, and about 20 other girls- mostly 13 year olds. Cam wanted to meet Jonathan more than anything. Aydya was the most outgoing in the group. She finally found Jordan-who was talking to an about 9 year old looking girl. When the 9 year old finally walked away, Aydya went up to Jordan- sharpie in hand- and as soon as he noticed her, her throat locked up. She couldn't get any words out. "Do you want me to sign anything?" He asked, smirking at how much she was acting like an 11 year old, when she was actually 18 and looked 18. Aydya finally got some words out. "Sign-C.D-.case." Was all that she was able to stutter. She held out her sharpie and New Kids On The Block C.D case. "On it." He said. He grabbed the case and sharpie and signed it. "Uh, are you okay?" He asked. Aydya gulped. Her throat finally opened up. "Uh yeah, I'm sorry, I'm just so nervous." "Oh don't be sorry." He said with a smile. "I would be too." Both of them blushed. "Thank you so much for signing this for me!" Aydya said. "Anytime. What's your name, anyway?" THE Jordan Knight asked her. "Aydya. Aydya Hajek." She said. Shocked that he had asked. "Well I hope you'll come to an interview, where your allowed to bring two people and 3 New Kids of your choice." Aydya's eyes widened as he handed her 3 passes. "Thank you! Really! I wasn't expecting this!" Jordan replied with something Aydya NEVER expected someone to say to her: "Anything for a beautiful girl like you." He said to her. Aydya told Jordan she had to find her friends and she took off.
While that was happening, Cam was talking to Jonathan. Well at least trying to have a decent conversation. "Could you sign my C.D case?" She asked. "Your my favorite New Kid." "Oh um, sure." He said. He signed it quickly and then said, "Have a great day, miss." "Mhm you too." She said, teary eyed as she walked away. He seemed so uncomfortable. She was so disappointed that she could finally meet the celebrity that she liked for over a year, and he didnt really like her. She had about 9 posters of him, and she was planning to take them all down. Her mascara went down her face-same with her eyeshadow. Just then, something happened that she never expected. Joey McIntyre walked over to her. She didn't realize it though. She was hanging her head. Joey said, "hello? Are you alright ma'm?" She looked up slowly. Stunned, she said, "oh um..yeah I'm- im fine." "Well judging by your eye makeup it doesn't look like that." He said. "I'm fine, I really am." She said, holding tears back. "I didn't expect you, Joey McIntyre, to come over and TALK to me. It's the exact opposite of what Jonathan did." She mumbled. "Is that why your sad?" He asked. It took her a second to reply. "Oh um....yeah....it kinda...yes it is. He is my favorite New Kid too- well..used to be." Joey looked kinda concerned. "Well I'm sorry Jon had to ruin this for you. He can be shy sometimes, ya know? How about I take you to go get cleaned up?" Cam nodded. They went to Joey's dressing room and she washed her face.
Meanwhile, Serena was looking around for the other two when all of a sudden Donnie Freaking Wahlberg tapped her on the shoulder. "Hey I saw you on stage. I thought you looked pretty cool." He said to her. She turned around and blushed. "Oh, wow, thank you." She said with a smile and rosy cheeks.
About 10 minutes later, an exited Aydya ran over to Serena. "Serena! Oh my GOSH! LOOK!" She handed her one of the passes. "No way!" She exclaimed. "Did Jordan already hand those out? It's only been about 20 minutes". Donnie asked Aydya. Aydya froze. "Uh-yeah." She stuttered. Serena had already became good friends with Donnie. Serena laughed. Aydya took a deep breath and was finally able to talk. "Now I need to find Cam and give her the last one." She said. Serena rolled her eyes as she said, "she's probably talking to Jonathan. She's so obsessed. I'll be right back Donnie. We need to go see if Jon has seen our friend." Donnie nodded. The two girls headed off to where Jonathan was. When they were finally able to talk to him, Aydya asked, "Hey, have you seen a 16 year old girl with shoulder length blonde hair and blueish grayish green eyes?" He took a second to think, and he replied, "Actually I have. She looked a little disappointed at me and ran away crying. I think she started talking to Joe." "Okay thank you!" The girls headed off before Jon could reply. They looked everywhere, but couldn't find her. But after about 10 minutes, they FINALLY found her standing and laughing next to THE Joseph McIntyre! "Cam!" Serena exclaimed. "Where were you?! We looked EVERYWHERE for you! What happened"? Cam looked over from the smiling blue-eyed face of Joey McIntyre and said, "Oh...uh...well I was crying...and Joey noticed me and made me feel better". Aydya, confused, asked, "well why were you crying?" Cam didn't want to answer but she did. "Um, well, you know how Jonathan WAS my favorite new kid? Well, he kinda seemed like he didn't wanna be around me and I was upset". Serena felt sorry for her friend. "Oh I'm sorry Cam, you've been obsessed with him for over a year". Cam took a deep breath and replied. "Well, I'm feeling better now. Thanks to Joey". Joey blushed. Cam didn't know it at the time, neither did Aydya, but Serena had a feeling that Joe was the right fit for Cam. She had gotten her heart broken before, when her boyfriend dumped her for one of Cam's friends. "Hey I almost forgot"! Aydya exclaimed. "Look"! She handed Cam the last pass. Cam's face beamed with excitement! "Well I think she knows which New Kid she's choosing". Serena said. "Oh you got those"? Joey said excitedly. "Cool"! Cam faced Joey. "Joey?" She asked. "Will you go to the interview with me"? "Well why not"? He said. "Oh yeah! We need to go figure out which new kid we're taking"! Aydya said. Serena ran over to Donnie, and of course he said yes. Aydya was nervous as she walked over to Jordan. He was so cute, and nice, and cool. Would he say yes? "Um Jordan......Would you-can you-uh....could you go to the interview with me"? She asked nervously. Jordan smiled. "Of course I will." Aydya nervously smiled and blushed.

After the V.I.P meeting was over, the three girls walked up to the guards. "Uh hey Jordan gave us these passes". Cam said. A guard looked at the passes. "Alright. Which guys are you taking"? Cam smiled as she said, "Joey, Jordan, and Donnie". The guard nodded and replied, "Okay, follow us to the bus and the guys will lead you to your hotel room". The girls looked shocked. "HOTEL ROOM"? Serena exclaimed in delight. The guard smiled and nodded. He made a hand signal to follow him. He lead them to the New Kid's bus, where they were waiting. The girls had a grin from one ear to the other.
  When they arrived to the hotel, the guys showed them their rooms. The girls had a room, and the guys had a room. When the 3 girls went in their room, (without the guys) the conversation went a little like this, "SERENA, AYDYA, I THINK I LIKE JOEY. A LOT"! "Cam, me and Aydya have already seen your cow-eyes over Joey". Aydya and Serena laughed. "Very funny guys". Cam sarcastically said. Serena smiled at the ground and blushed. "Whatcha thinkin' 'bout Serena"? Cam asked with a huge grin on her face the size of a crocodile. "Oh nothing". She replied. Cam scoffed and raised her eyebrows. "I bet I know what". Cam said teasingly. "Or who". Serena rolled her eyes. Aydya looked at the ground. But instead of blushing, she frowned. "Aydya, what's up"? Cam asked. Aydya's head shot up as she faked a smile. "Oh nothing! Nothing at all"! Cam turned her grin into a nirg-(what they called an upside down grin because it's grin spelled backwards.) "There's something bugging you. Now spill before I make you"! Aydya shook her head. "Okay you asked for it". Cam said as she ran over to her and threw her on a bed. Then she started tickling Aydya till she was wheezing. She finally was able to get off the bed. "Alright alright I'll tell you". To her inconvenience, Jordan was walking down the hall outside their room at that moment, going to the main lobby. "Well, I like Jordan. A lot! But I'm not sure he feels the same way". Serena set down the Doritos she was eating and hugged Aydya. Just then, they heard a knock at the door. Aydya broke the hug and went to answer it. It was Jordan! "Could I speak to you for a sec Aydya"? He asked. "Jordan! Yes. Of course". They then went to a private spot and Jordan said, "Aydya, I overheard your conversation". Aydya interrupted, "Oh no. This is the part where you say you don't like me that way"! I- Jordan interrupted her, "No Aydya. I do like you. I didn't call you beautiful for nothing"! He put her long, deep brown hair behind her ears and hugged her. "Thank you." She said after they broke the hug. "Anytime". He said softly. Aydya couldn't help but fall in love with him. She suddenly ran back to the hotel room with the biggest grin on her face. "OH MY GOLLY JEEZ HE LIKES ME"! She exclaimed so loud that Cam was certain that God had heard her and gone deaf. "Y'all are lucky". Cam said with a mouthful of Sour Cream and Onion chips. "What are you talking about"? Serena asked. "Joey obviously likes you" Cam raised her eyebrows in utter disbelief. "Yeah, well, so many guys have acted like they like me, then a week later, they get a girlfriend. And it's not like I can call them out or anything because we were never dating". Serena rolled her eyes.

At The Boy's room

Donnie yeeted Joey across the room, onto a bed. Joey was the youngest, therefore, the older guys had to pick on him. Joey finally got up-just to have Jordan tackle him into the bed. "Would you mind getting off of me, Mr. Highnote"? Joey said. Jordan gave him the stink-eye and got up. "Hey Joey"? Donnie said, walking out of the bathroom. "Yeah"? "I saw you and Cam together earlier. So you like her huh"? Joey didn't know how to answer. "You don't know that". He said, quickly. Jordan and Donnie laughed. "Dude just admit it. It's not a big deal". Jordan said. Joey rolled his eyes. "You know, your taking a huge chance". Donnie said. Joey looked confused. "What are you talking about"? "I'm just saying that if your future baby looks anything like you, then there not gonna be good". Joey blushed "DONNIE WHAT THE HELL"?!
