You walk into the kitchen to your boyfriend making breakfast. You walk right up to him and hug him from behind, he jumps a little but soon realizes it's you and calms down.

"So how did it happen?" He asks.

"Not sure, I only remember a little from last night." You say rubbing your head.

Everything was blurry. All you saw was Ciel's face in front of yours. Then there was a feeling of pleasure in your lower religion.

~Back to present time~

"Babe."

"[Y/N]!" Ciel stood there yelling with a plate of food in his hand.

"Huh- what??" You said as you finished your daydream.

"Your nose is bleeding." He said with a chuckle as he put down the plate.

"Come on." He said as he walked you to the bathroom. He grabbed a cloth and started to clean where the nosebleed had occurred.

"Honestly [Y/N], sometimes you worry me with all these fantasies you have about me." He gave a low chuckle as he finished cleaning your face. You both walked back into the kitchen to eat. After breakfast you felt sick but overlooked it.
