A: Getting a nose bleed is not a sign someone is a pervert, but instead a sign of sexual arousal.

Q: Why do people hate Naruto.
A: The narrative wants us to believe the reason people hate him is because the nine tails is sealed inside him, however, this is something we're constantly told in the Manga and not shown, not to mention this outright ignores the fact Naruto's behavior is in itself something which would turn people off of wanting to have anything to do with him.
Q: When does Naruto become a Jerk with a Heart of Gold?
