"How was that?" He smiled.

"Fun. I'm happy," I kissed him.

"Finally. It's rare to see you smile."

"I'm just a serious person. That's all." We both got in our beds and looked at each other.

"Do you trust me?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"I want you to know that you can always tell me something if you need to."

"You can too. Where is this coming from?" I smiled and he shrugged. "Okay, well, sleep, Bryce."

"Okay. We have to get home early tomorrow," he said and I nodded. We were both quiet for a while and neither of us could sleep.

"I'm going live," I said and got live on Insta. I was eating snacks and trying to entertain people even though it was 3 in the morning. I had about 4M followers watching and Bryce came over.

"Hi," he waved to them and squeezed my hair. "I'm gonna have a new YouTube video up tomorrow."

"'Are you dating?' Yeah, we're dating," I answered. "Give me something to talk about. 'How did you meet?' Ooh, he'll explain."

"I was her substitute teacher. That's as simple as it was."

"'What's your favorite food, Bryce?'"

"I like burgers," he smiled. "I'm gonna go annoy Tayler." He humped a chair in the back and rolled away on it.

"'How do you deal with Bryce when he's so silly?' Okay, yeah, it annoys me a lot. On his TikToks he's weird and tries to be funny. But he's the same in reality. He knows when to be serious, though. If I'm serious, he's serious, but I'm not the person to hold him back from what he wants," I answered. I went for a while, then ended. I slept and was woken a couple of hours later.

"Sleep in the car. We're going home," Bryce said and we got out things. I immediately slept as he drove. I was wide awake when we got home and finished my college classes. My day was pretty boring and it was like that for a few days.

"Hey," Bryce came in one day.

"Hey. What's up?" I pecked him on the lips.

"I have a surprise for you. Come down."

"I'm scared." I went with him and he covered my eyes. When he uncovered them, he showed me a brand new car. "For you," he smiled.

"Wait , seriously?" I asked.

"Yep. Like it?"

"Oh, my God. Yes, I love it!" I was shocked.

"Now you don't have to take my car around everywhere." I kissed him and he gave me keys.

"You're the best," I hugged him.

"I really am," he pet my back and chuckled. We went in and the boys were playing video games.

"Griffin, you know you're 21 and almost out of college, right?" I asked.

"Miranda, you know you're not my mom, right?" He snapped back and I rolled my eyes, getting food from the kitchen.

"What are we getting for lunch?" Quinton came in.

"I vote that Miranda makes something," Josh said.

"What am I making then?" I sighed.

"Potpie! You make the best!" Bryce said.

"Okay." I made it and the boys devoured it.

"Why aren't you eating?" Jaden asked.

"I don't eat my own food."

"Why?"
