Siddhant was shocked hearing the conversation between lady & doctor...

Lady: doctor, you did mistake of sending such young girl with a guy...

Doctor: you are wrong... he is nice guy..

Lady: all will be nice only till they get chance...

 Doctor:  why you think so???

Lady: he got eye on Roli... otherwise why he is behind her like this... he is not even related to her...

Doctor: we should not think bad if someone do good...

Lady: doctor first day itself he purchased sindoor for her... 

Doctor: is it??? May be he is in love with her...

Lady: may be sir. . But who will marry such girl... he will enjoy her and leave her back here... that is why he took her alone.. Look at the time too... they went in the morning... now what is the time ..

When they were talking doctor noticed siddhant standing with roli in the entrance...

Doctor: Mr. Siddhant, when did you come???

He tried to manage...

 Siddhant: I came when your discussion started about me...

Lady rushed towards Roli...

Lady: look at her condition sir... how she is tired & her hair & face condition...

 Doctor looked at Siddhant...

Siddhant looked at Roli...

Roli hold his hand tightly and stood close to him as much as possible...

 Lady: Roli come with me...

Roli: you go... I will be with Siddhant...

Lady: Doctor see... how she went in his control...

Doctor: please stop it... that's not true...

Lady: that is the truth doctor... look at her conditions...

 Doctpr;: if that is the truth... she might have left him and hold you instead of holding him...

Doctor looked at Siddhant...

Doctor: Mr. Siddhant any problem???

 Siddhant: Doctor while we were returning in the car... she went restless...  then I cornered the car & gave that medicine... then only she was OK...

Doctor: I guessed it... don't mistake her talk... 

Siddhant: not at all.. it shows how much she was worried for Roli... its OK...

Doctor: its your greatness you have not mistaken..

 Siddhant: there is nothing great doctor...I am just telling the fact... anyway... I have to thank her...

Doctor: thank for what???

Siddhant: to make me realise I am in love with Roli...

Doctor: Mr. Siddhant what are you talking???

Siddhant: yes sir... moreover I decided to take Roli to my home...

Now doctor was shocked...
