I watched as the stars grew larger, and the sky grew darker. I held his hand in mine. It's getting late Jake. I told my boyfriend. I know Nat. he said. My name Natalie but Jake came up with Nat.. so creative right? Ok let's go said Jake putting on his seat belt. I did the same. He then rolled up his roof to the car and started driving. You know we can ditch school tomorrow I have no practice after school! He said excited. But I have finals in Spanish.. I said bringing his excitement down. It was silent for a bit. I can do finals any day let's ditch! I said turning on the radio. We drove all the way back to my house. I really don't wanna go home he said parking the car in my drive way. Then don't I said opening the car door. But my parents he said leading me to my front door. Who cares just say you where at a friends like Max. I said opening my front door. Well what about your parents? He asked. We've been together for almost a year they love you! I said grabbing his hand and leading him inside. Fine if you really want me to. He said coming inside. We sat at the couch for about 6 more hours just watching tv and movies and Netflix. I woke up to my mom shaking me. Natalie! She hissed. What, what? I said opening one eye. Why are you snuggled on the couch with Jake? She asked. Because I said getting up and looking down at Jake. Because? She asked with her arms crossed. Why does it matter it's not like your ever home? He was keeping me from being bored all day yesterday I said heading into the kitchen. Well I don't like this! And wait until your father hears about... Father saw us he came and gave us a blanket. I said interrupting us. What did I do? Asked my dad coming in. You approve of this? Said my mom pointing to Jake. Yes I trust them and Jake is a good kid. I mean remember us? When we where young? Asked dad grabbing moms back. Ew! I'm not hungry anymore... I said walking back out to the living room. So your mom hates me? Asked Jake sitting up. No she just is confused. Dads usually the one around when your here. I said sitting next to Jake. You know your pretty in the morning? Said Jake. I blushed. Have you seen my ha.. And before I could finish he kissed me. Your perfect... He whispered into my ear. My parents need up leaving early so me and Jake stayed home all day in our PJ's making food ,ordering food, playing board games, playing video games, rocking out to music, and making hot chocolate and having a picnic outside. We were finally sitting on the couch at 4 pm when my mom walks in. Natalie! She calls. What? I said. Oh hi again Jake. don't you guys have like homework to do or something? She asked. We ditched today mom. I said starring at the tv. Jake nudged me and gave me the wtf face. Oh you ditched well then get your homework for tomorrow! Said dad walking in. Mom gave me the " don't do it again face" After that they left me and Jake just burst into laughter.
