explore the works of mysterious new artist 'il pittore' at the metropolitan museum of art in new york: after curating all of this artist's known works so far, it was only natural for us to display his newest painting. with no title except 'la lune', the oil on canvas shows an idyllic english garden with blood-red snapdragons to compliment the vibrant roses and the neutral tones of an unidentified man on the bench admiring them!
update: regarding the recent korean news, we have now removed all works by 'il pittore' from our gallery.

police are certain that the latest murder case has been committed by the same person responsible for the murders of twenty-three-year-old composer lee jihoon and twenty-three year old prosecutor kim mingyu. the body of chinese exchange student wen junhui (korean name: moon junhwi) was found in the early hours of the morning of the 17th of may by the keeper of 'pissarro gardens.' however, doctors believe his time of death occurred in the evening before. he died of blood loss after being struck harshly to the back of the head and the temples. one witness told police they had seen wen on his cellphone around lunchtime of that day but when his body was searched, no phone was discovered.
as with the other victims, the left pinky finger is missing. no witnesses regarding possible suspects have come forward as of yet. if anyone has any information regarding this investigation, please come forward as soon as possible.

our sources close to the homicide unit of the seoul metropolitan police have told us that they received an anonymous email from someone with the pseudonym 'il pittore' claiming to be the person behind this homicide. the email was sent from an ip address traced to the cellphone of wen junhui, found with all data erased.
as you may know, a new artist has been taking the world by storm with their paintings. if anyone has been curious as to how his paintings are so captivating, police have linked them to the scenes of murder. by revealing himself, it seems 'il pittore' is mocking the police force.
the government are advising you to return to your houses before dark and to always take precaution when going out. if anyone has any information regarding this investigation, please come forward as soon as possible.
