Twice's Julie diagnosed with anxiety disorder as JYP Entertainment updates fans on her activities

Twice's star Julie has been diagnosed with anxiety disorder after pulling out of the girl group's world tour.
The 24-year-old was confirmed to be struggling with extreme anxiety and insecurity towards performing on stage back in April.
Now, Twice's agency JYP Entertainment has given fans an update on Julie's health, and explained that she may be missing from group activities.
A statement from the agency said:
❝ After checking with specialized medical institutions, it was confirmed that anxiety disorder is the diagnosis for Julie's current health condition.
Based on this variable situation, Julie's participation in scheduled activities is being decided through discussion with Julie herself and the members.
In addition, Julie's participation in activities has to be decided entirely based on the objective state of her health, so we ask for the understanding of fans on the decisions inevitably being partially selective. ❞
