backstory: Jasmine is the daughter of a unknown human and W.D. Gaster making Sans and Papyrus is older half brothers. Her mother had died during child birth so Jasmine never really got to meet or know her mom. Growing up she was always very sick until Gaster had injected her with Determination which had healed her and kept her from dying. She continued growing staring to learn how to use her powers the only one giving her problems is her Gaster Blaster. However she has no one to help her and with Flowey out to kill her for her unique soul she was determined to become strong to protect herself. 

However she was hurt, both her brother are too busy sometimes to take care of her a lot so she was alone most of the time which lead to her becoming depressed she had only one friend before meeting Frisk and that was Monster Kid but she doesn't really see him that often other kids bully her but she keeps this from Sans. Anyways with her brothers to busy to pay attention to her she was alone and was beginning to feel like she was a disappointment to her brothers this lead to her losing hope and her soul to darker and crack which would cause her pain most of the time.
