steven was in the nursery setting up the crib , when the crib fall on his leg , wood and a mattress on his leg , he scream loud he woke up 4 months pregnant Connie that she look like she 5 months but not , she walk over to the baby room and look at the painful Steven on the floor , she walk over to him and smile .
Connie " honey you ok "
Steven " nooooo it hurts "
Connie " I call my mom you stay still and no powers "

connie went in the room and grab her phone from the charger and dial her mom number . her mom anwser the phone and connie expline what wrong , moments later they was in the hospital ,steven getting a cast on his leg .

Dr. Priyanka Maheswaran " off the leg steven for a couple weeks "

steven " but i have to set up the nursery "

Dr. Priyanka Maheswaran " that can wait connie isnt going poped over the couple weeks you on rest "

connie walk in from getting a check up ,she look at steven .

Dr. Priyanka Maheswaran left the room and now it was just connie and steven in the room , connie sit on the bed next to steven .

when they got home connie help steven in bed and raise his leg up , then kiss his head .

connie go in the nursey and look around ,she smile . few hours later bismuth was in the nursery fixing up the nursery , she fix up the nursery while steven was sleeping in the guest room . throught out the weeks in the cast peridot help steven with diamond tech and pearl help with the reports that she wasnt happy about working again for a diamond again , she remembers what it like serving pink diamond all those years . then the day came and steven cast is finally off and he was happy .
