JASMINE'S POV

-At the park-

"I admit, this is kind of nice." I smiled up at Harry.

We're sitting on the park bench, his arm wrapped around me and I'm laying on his chest.

"Really? Even the part where everyone cleared out of the park because I was here?" He asked, amusement clear in his voice.

I giggled.

"Yeah. Even that part."

We both shared a laugh and it got quiet again. As much as I hate to say it, I'm actually enjoying spending time with Harry. He's not that bad, once you get to know him I guess.

"Wanna get on the swing?" He asked me.

I smiled.

"Sure."

He lead me to the swing and motioned for me to sit down. I thought he was gonna push me, but he just went to the other swing, sat down himself, and started swinging. I sat there with a dumb look on my face. He noticed and stopped himself.

"What?" He said.

"You're not gonna push me?"

"No. Why should I? Don't you know how to swing yourself?"

"Well, yeah but--"

"Then swing."

I sighed.

"I'm not supposed to swing myself. You're supposed to push me."

"So...you don't know how to start yourself off?" He said, obviously very confused.

"I do, but thats what guys do when they're on park dates."

"What do they do?" He asked, tilting his head to the side like a puppy.

I face-palmed.

"They push their dates."

He raised an eyebrow.

"They do? Why?"

"Because its cute." I blushed and looked at the ground.

He chuckled and got off the swing. Then he came behind me and gave me a light push.

"Better?" He asked.

"Yeah." I smiled to myself.

After a few more pushes, I was high up in the air.

"I'm not even pushing your back anymore. I'm pushing your bum." I heard Harry say and laugh.

I laughed with him, and then I felt a sharp sting on my butt. He smacked my ass!

"Hey!" I shouted.

"What?" He said innocently.

I laughed and he joined along. Then we stopped and it was silent again.

"Harry?" I called.

"Yeah?"

"What would you do if I jumped off?"

"I'd catch you before you hit the ground."

My heart fluttered. Why? Eh. I shrugged that off and went back to our conversation.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Yeah. Why?"

Right when he asked that, I jumped off. I was expecting him to catch me, and he did, but we both fell on the sand.

"Are you crazy?!" He shouted.

I gave him a soft smile.

"You really would."

"I really would what?" He asked confusingly.

I shook my head, still smiling, and got up, dusting myself off.

"So what now?" I asked once we got all the sand off of us.

He looked at his watch.

"Well, we have about an hour before the movie starts and it takes about 15 minutes to get there, so we can stay here for 45 minutes."

I looked at him with another dumb look.

"What? I can sound smart." He chuckled.

I giggled.

"You have sand in your hair, by the way. Did you know? Just there." I said and ruffled his curls.

He whined and swatted my hand away, forcing me to break out into a fit of giggles.

"What's so funny?" He asked, pouting.

"Your whine." I said, still giggling. "Its so cute."

He glared at me playfully and I started running away from him. It didn't take him long to get the hint and start chasing me. I ran all around the park, sliding down slides and poles (A/N: shut up) and climbing the monkey bars. He was right behind me the whole time too, but he was obviously cutting me some slack because I know that he can run much faster than me.

Finally, he caught up to me and tackled me on the grass. The position we ended up in was me laying down and him straddling me.

"That was fun." He said, catching his breath.

"Yeah. It was." I said, having a much harder time catching mine.

He checked his watch again and got up.

"Time to go." He said and held out a hand for me.

I took it and he pulled me up. Literally, pulled me up. I didn't have to do anything.

"What movie are we gonna go see?"

"The Darkest Hour."
