Is it weird? I mean, I'm in my 20's. Sounds normal, right? I haven't gotten to the weird part yet, that's why.
You see, I'm kind of shy for someone my age. Also, I have many admirers. The thing is, I don't know how to deal with them. Talking is not my talent, let alone rejecting guys I'm not interested in.
Having said that, I guess it's now odd to say I work part time at a cafe. It was supposed to help me with my shyness. At least, that's what my friends say.
Ahh, my friends. How do I explain it? Sure, I have some friends, but five of my closest buddies are guys that are younger than me. They are the people that convinced me to work at that cafe.
Having 5 guy friends sounds normal you say? Probably not. Especially not if they are all younger than you. That pretty much make me a noona (an honorific used to call an older female acquaintance). Somehow, use have no idea if that's a good or bad thing.
Anyways, it was past closing time at the cafe and I was cleaning tables. I hear an expected tapping on the glass window. I look out to see, well, let's call him J. He's my neighbour, the person who introduced me to the others and the person who insisted the most on me working here.
Something's off though. Usually, he would just let himself in and we would chat away about random little things. This time though, he just looks into the cafe.
I see him look at his watch, then he finally looks at me and points in the direction our neighbourhood is with a look as if he's sorry. I guess he needs to head home first. I nod as a sign that I understand (I think) and he walks off first.

As I'm walking home, I think about J. He seemed a tad worried earlier.
Usually, he would be all happy and chatty, never boring when you were with him.
Suddenly, I hear someone call my name. "Noona, over here!". I turn around and saw, we shall call him, T. He's the youngest of these five boys.
He was casually leaning against a car with his skateboard in his hand. "Noona, where are you going?" He asks me. I say "home". He then follows me in the direction I'm heading to.
"Ah, noona. Follow me really quickly please!" he suddenly requests. I look at him questionably, but he seemed to be a little impatient, until he decides to try looking straight into my eyes. Damn, he knows my weakness to him was his baby face (if you knew who this was, you wouldn't be able to handle his cuteness too okay).
"Ah, fine," I sigh with a smile. His face soon turns from an innocent child to a kid who just received ice-cream. He grabs my wrist and rushes across the road and continues till what seems like a concrete staircase
He then tells me that he has to head off somewhere, and insists that I walk up the stairs. I tell him I will, seeming like his cue to leave.
After he leaves, I turn the corner to face the staircase and a person, who shall be named M, the second youngest. He greets me with a smile and takes my hand, then rushes up the staircase.
"Noona, just walk across the basketball court and head to the bleachers, okay?" he suddenly says. I nod my head and he runs of to join his friends who were shooting hoops.
As I walk across the court, I get stopped by someone. It was, I guess we'll call him K. He was the same age as M, but older by around 3 months. "Ah, hi noona! You look so pretty today!" he randomly shouts loudly in a happy tone. This causes all the guys that were sitting at the bleachers to start whooping, but I kept my cool and just walked by them.
