(No one's Pov)

After the doctors appointment Izukus Mom had started acting strange. Izuku didn't Understand why she was acting strange. He had a quirk, so, What's the matter?

After the doctors appointment Inko had taken her son straight home. She didn't say a word to him. She didn't even glance at him.

Her eyes were glazed over and empty. She looked like she had lost all connection with the world. Only Inko knew what was up in her brain.

She knew her baby would get hurt because of his quirk. She started to distance herself from her son. She didn't want to hear his cries for help. She didn't know what to do.

When her husband, Hisashi, came home that night he was drunk. Which was probably always the case. He would get drunk and beat Inko. She didn't mind as long as he didn't hurt her baby. But, tonight was different.

"So, what did the quirk doctor say?" He had asked Inko while he was still calm. Inko knew that if she told him Izukus quirk, he would think that Izuku was another Mans child. But he really wasn't. Izuku had a new quirk that wasnt in any of their family lines which was quite rare.

She started to tear up thinking about what he would do. She knew that there was no stopping him when he was mad and drunk. He would think that that child was a child of another man and he wouldn't listen to her reasoning.

"H-he basically has a q-quirk that can.. that can.. Create things with Organic matter.. Like a nature quirk of some t-type.." She stuttered out nervously.

Everything was a blur from there. All Inko could remember was Her husband yelling at her. He was calling her all kinds of adulterous names. She was trying to shield herself from her husband but he still got his hands on her.

Black dots covered her vision the last thing on her mind was her child.

Izuku was upstairs in his bedroom. He was coloring something for his mother. She had ignored him all day so he thought that she was mad at him.

He decided that he would apologize for whatever he did with a card.

He could hear the door opening then closing down stairs. His father was probably home by now. His mother always told him to stay upstairs when his father was home. It was as if there was something she didn't want him seeing.

Izuku continued to color inside the lines as he Sat on his desk. Suddenly downstairs he could hear a lot of yelling. He heard words such as "Slut", "Bitch", and "whore". Then he heard a thud and Crying. Everything went silent afterwards.

He heard something break and then loud footsteps coming upstairs. He was scared out of his mind.

He remembered what his mother told him to do once. She told him to hide somewhere if his father ever came close to coming inside his room.

Izuku left his seat and silently locked the door. He eyed his room for a place to hide and remembered that he could still fit in the vents. That would probably be his best choice.

The vents had already been unscrewed because his mom had been cleaning it out the day prior and forgot to screw it back.

He crawled his way inside and closed it back up. His eyes looked around his room and tried to keep his breathing silent.

Suddenly Someone started to pound his door and yelled something incoherently. Izukus eyes widened and his hands covered his mouth as if on reflex.

He scooted farther into the vents and watched silently. Tears started to stream down his face as the door flew open.

His father started to rummage around the room and look for his son. Izuku was lucky that he wasnt seen by his father.

The next few hours were a blur. His father had finally given up and left the house and Izuku stayed in the vents for another couple minutes to make sure he left.

He crawled out and started coughing. He now knew why his mother was trying so hard to clean it. It was really dusty in there.

He looked at his room and noticed the messy state it was in. There were papers everywhere and clothes were piled on his bed. Pencils and pens were spilled on the ground while crayons and markers were misplaced.

After looking at the state that his room was in he started to look around the house. In the living room plants were knocked out of their pots and family photos were smashed to the ground. Beer bottles still filled with beer was still on the coffee table. The room smelled of alchohol and cigarettes.

He finally made his way into the kitchen and what he saw horrified him. His mother layed on the ground bruises covered her pale skin. She was more of a sickly pale now that he looked at her. Blood clotted her long green hair and her eyes were closed.

The four year old rushed to his mothers side and checked if she was still breathing. He was thankful that she was. He shook her softly and that was enough for her to wake up.

Once Inko opened her eyes all of her worries were flushed out of her mind. Sat infront of her was her son. No bruises seemed to cover his skin the only thing that was even shown on his face was concern. Concern for his mother.

She hugged her son tightly and he hugged back. She whispered sorry to him multiple times but he didn't understand why she was saying sorry.

Her eyes watered with tears as he looked up at her. His innocence was gleaming in his eyes. He didn't understand what was going on.

Wordlessly his mother got up and took his hand. She started to go up the stairs and pack his things up. He eyed her curiously.

"M-mommy, what are you doing?" She didn't answer him. She knew that if she answered it would only lead to more questions. And, that she would probably cry her heart out.

She sighed and continued to pack his clothes and notebooks into a small Bookbag.

After she was done she made her way into her own room and started to write something down on a piece of paper. Little did Izuku know was that, that was a suicide note.

Tears fell down Inko's eyes as she wrote the letter. She was done with this world. She was done with this life. She wanted to leave. She finished writing her letter and put it safely into her pocket.

Grabbing her sons hand again she went downstairs and headed to the front door. She Put his shoes on him and then put shoes on herself. Grabbing both of their coats she handed his to him and put on her own.
_____
She held onto her son tightly as she walked through the night. Her eyes were filled with pain and tiredness.

Her son had already fallen asleep and she was now walking to an old friends house. Shota Aizawa. He was a friend of hers back in Highschool. Both of them Went to U.A. She was in the support department in Class-F.

Inkos eyes scanned the nameplates of people in the neighborhood. That's when she Finally spotted it. Aizawa.

She moved to the door and placed down a sleeping Child on the doorstep. She didn't ring it knowing she wouldn't have enough time. She kissed her childs forehead one last time whispering a goodbye and ran off into the night.
