Tzuyu's POV

I can't sleep..

I kept tossing and turning.

"Ugh!" I groaned, not too loud.

I decided to go to the balcony to get some fresh air.

I slide the door open. I looked at his bed.

Why is he not in his bed? Where is he?

I shrugged the thought off and went to the balcony.

As I got closer to the balcony, I saw him.

I heard him saying something.. Wait, not saying, singing..

"Boy, love isn't easy, it's heartache.."
"Boy, see everyone leaves your heart breaks.."
I'm so done with love..
Cause like tears in the rain it means nothing..
So don't fall in love..

Cause love means nothing..

A tear escaped my eye.

Wait, why am I crying? I don't even know what love means..

I quickly wiped my eyes.

"Oh,T-Tzuyu.. How long have you been standing there?" He asked.

"Since you started singing.."I gave him a small smile.

"Ouh.. Come sit here.." He patted the seat beside him.

I walked to the seat beside him and sat there.

"Can't sleep too?" He asked.

I hummed in response.

"I want to ask you something.." I said.

"What is it?" He looked at me.

"What does love mean?" I asked him.

"Love?"

"Yeah.. Just like you sang earlier.. You said love is nothing.. Why?" I asked him.

"Love is..... actually something quite dangerous.. Its better for someone like you to not do.."

I move closer to him.

"Why?" I questioned him.

He turned his body towards me.

"Let's say if you love someone, that means you're surrender."

"What's surrender?" I asked.

"To lose.. In other words, if you love someone then you believe whatever he tells you. That means you're in big trouble."

I nodded.

"So should you say something like that to someone or not?"

I kept silent for a while.

"I love you.."

Jungkook's POV

"I love you.." She said with a smile.

I stared at her in the eyes.

We stared at each other for a few seconds before I finally spoke.

"Don't! I told you that love is dangerous! " I said sternly.

"But I still wanna say it!" She pouted.

"No.." I said with a straight face.

"Why?!" She became annoyed.

"I'm going to sleep.. Bye.." I got up and walk away, completely ignoring her question.

She followed me.

"Yah! We're not done yet!" she said angrily.

I just chuckled.

"Let's continue tomorrow.." I said.

"Hmph.." She crossed her arms and looked away.

Aigoo..

She climbed up the ladder to her room.

"Good night.." I said before she could close the door.

"Hmmm.." She hummed in response and close the door.

I lay down on the bed.

Flashback

"So should you say something like that to someone or not?" - jungkook

"I love you.." - tzuyu

"don't I told you that love is dangerous!" - jungkook

"But I still wanna say it!"-tzuyu

"No..."-jungkook

"why?" - tzuyu.

Flashback ends.

I thought about her question.

"why?"

Because I don't want you to get hurt..

I want to say those words but what about her?

I sighed.

Love really is hard..
