The students chattered excitedly, as they waited cheerfully for their teacher to enter the classroom. It was the first day of school in UA, and they were really excited to see who their teacher was. UA had a very good record of hero students, since most of the kids got their provisional licences within their first year. Not to mention, there was an exception when all forty students in one of the year groups graduated, forming their own agencies and becoming overwhelmingly successful within a few months of starting operations.
It did help that one of the hero classes had been attacked, and that there was another incident where both classes were attacked on some training camp; that had immediately increased their popularity and fame once they graduated.
Some of the students were fooling around, not noticing a lavender haired man dressed in a black jumpsuit walked into the room without even announcing his presence. He had a capture weapon wrapped around his neck that hid a metallic mask underneath, and the man just sat down by the teacher's table.
It took a good ten minutes for someone to notice him, and the students shrieked, "Wait! When did he get here?!"
The class immediately fell silent, as the rest of the students noticed the lavender haired man sitting at the teacher's table, and the man chuckled, "Took you long enough to notice me."
The man stood up, grinning smugly, "My name's Shinsou Hitoshi. I'm going to be the homeroom teacher for 1-A. Now, why don't we all head down to the PE Grounds so we can see what you're all made of?"
A girl with black hair styled in an undercut that was dyed teal at the top of her bangs raised her hand, "Uh... Shinsou-sensei? Don't we have an assembly for some introductory speech?"
Shinsou glanced at his file briefly, making sure he got the right student, "Yasutake Kyokou, right? Those are, frankly, a waste of time. An introductory speech isn't going to help you be a hero. The principal is most likely going to be welcoming you to UA, talking about basic rules, which I will talk about later, and spending the rest of the time talking about his fur and the importance of self care. I just summarised it for you. Now, all of you, PE Grounds, now. I'm giving you five minutes."
Shinsou stood up and headed towards the door as his students protested in shock, before smugly grinning, "If you keep complaining, I'm going to make it two minutes."

The blonde tapped his foot impatiently. He knew that Nezu liked to make lengthy speeches; he had been a student in the hero course, but still, sometimes he just wished Nezu stopped talking about his fur so that they could all go back to the classrooms. It was hot, standing outside in the sun, and there were times he really did wonder how on earth Nezu could stand the heat with all that fur.
Nezu finally ended his speech, dismissing all the first year classes back to their classrooms, except for 1-A, who had, once again, skipped the introductory speeches.
Maybe Shinsou did have the right idea, following in Aizawa's footsteps and skipping the introductory speech.
The blonde stood in front of his class, "I'm Monoma Neito, and I'm going to be your homeroom teacher."
A student raised with shoulder-length periwinkle haird raised her hand, "Monoma-sensei, why wasn't 1-A at the introductory speech."
Monoma grinned, "Well, obviously they think their better than us, so they can skip it. So we're going to show them all that our class, 1-B, is better than 1-A! Are you all with me!"
"YEAH!" The entirity of 1-B cheered.

1-C just sat in their seats, fidgiting nervously. Apparently, they didn't have a homeroom teacher. Uravity, the Lifestyle Guidance Counselor, had been the one to bring them back to their classroom, though she had left soon after to go back to her office.
