Chapter 23

Hana's debut was around the corner and she was busy with the other members practicing their dance steps so it could be perfect and precised.

"Again! Minji stop making mistakes please. We're all tired not only you." Hana said as she groaned out of frustration.

She saw Minji rolled her eyes on the reflection of the mirror. That made her brows furrowed.

'How dare this girl put out an attitude with me when she just joined the group?'

Hana just sighed and played over the music again restarting the routine as they finally finished it which made her happy.

Minji was one of the trainees who were immediately put into the debuting trainees list.

It seemed kinda fishy at first but she shrugged the thought and continued practicing the dance steps with her.

At first she has this mood where she gets excited then gets lazy for few minutes. That made her annoyed and wanted to kick her out but she doesn't have the authority to do that.

"It kinda seems like she's the daughter of some top company that's why she's treated special here. She instantly got in to the debut list! She didn't even trained that long!" Luna said as they were having their break from the practice. Ranting about Minji being treated special.

"We should stop questioning about her background. She's the youngest so we should be careful with what we say as it might affect her." Yena, the oldest of the group said as the other members just nodded. Minji was born just few months after Chaeryeong from Itzy. 

She joined few months before their debut and that made them question about JYP nim's decision of adding her in the group with her short span of trainee time.

"She's really talented so i hope you guide her with your steps she can catch up." Their manager said as Hana just nodded.

It was half and half. Minji's sometimes grumpy about practicing sometimes she's really determined to learn about the dance.

But something's still off with her. Hana just can't point it out.

Few days from their debut. Hana was tired and she immediately went to shower and went to bed.

Her days living under Stray Kidz was almost done and she was sad about it. She can't leave the boys and mostly Hyunjin.

The memories they made here and all of the fun spots they'd always play and just all of it.

"I can't leave." Hana mumbled before falling asleep.

Hana's cheek was being pinched by someone as she just looked the other way and the hand were still pinching her cheek.

"Go away. I'm tired." Hana mumbled as she gestured a move away to someone.

"Hi tired, i'm your boyfriend." Hyunjin teased as Hana's eyes immediately went open and looked at his direction.

"It's still early. Why are you here?" Hana asked Hyunjin as he just leaned on her bed's side railings. Hyunjin just smiled at her which made Hana confused.

"Go out. We're eating breakfast and we won't be saving you any if you come out late." Hyunjin said and stucked his tongue out. Hana instantly stood up and combed her hair.

She went to the bathroom to gargle and immediately ran to the kitchen when she saw Hyunjin grinning at her.

"Hwang Hyunjin!!!" She yelled as Hyunjin just laughed at her. She still looked like a mess and Hyunjin took a picture of her without her knowing.

"Take a seat, Tired." Hyunjin teased and pointed at the seat infront of him. He arranged a breakfast from them. The boys were still asleep so he made breakfast for them too with the help of his Leeknow hyeong.

"I hope it tastes good. Cause it looks like some mess." Hana teased Hyunjin as he just rolled his eyes at her and soon after they started eating.

"When's your debut?" Hyunjin suddenly asked which made Hana choked on her water. She wiped her mouth and looked away.

"Maybe this Saturday? If you'll come."
Hana said as she looked down. It was her debut and SKZ's out of the town. It was their world tour now and Hyunjin won't be seeing her perform.

"I will watch your debut. I'll make sure of it." He said which made Hana happy. The two continued eating and as they were done, Hana stood up and washed the dishes.

"So when will you guys leave for your tour?" Hana asked Hyunjin who was watching her wash.

"Maybe....tomorrow." Hyunjin whispered and looked away. Hana just smiled and looked at him. She felt sad about them leaving but she's used to it now she just can't be away to Hyunjin.

"You'll watch my debut and I'll try to look for your concert fancams!" She said which made Hyunjin smiled.

"This is why I love you, Tired."
