Thank you so much for reading onto the next chapter! It means so much to me. Even if you are just one of my friends from real life XD Anyway, you wouldn't read on if you weren't the slightest bit interested in the last chapter, so that means a lot. Enjoy reading!

There they were. Hanging from a ledge was Starfire, Cyborg, Beastboy, and finally... Robin. She was trying so hard to get to them before they fell. Starfire was closest to her so she was freed her first. Star was fighting off the villains while Raven was saving the rest her friends. It was a difficult battle because there was some sort of generator blocking them from using their powers. She made her way to Beastboy and untied him and he untied Cyborg as fast he could before the villains attacked them. She ran over as fast as possible to make it to Robin in time, but Slade beat her to him when he appeared out of nowhere and snipped the rope holding Robin. His arms were stuck under the rope so he couldn't reach his grappling hook, and there was nothing Raven or her friends could do without their powers. Robin was 10 feet from the ground when...

                                                                                         POW!

There was a scream. It was Raven's of course. The only one who rushed to her room was the one she knew to be awake at this hour. Robin punched in the password, not wanting to bust the door down after how mad she was last time, since she didn't have a door for a week. He ran into see her face held deep in her hands, sobbing uncontrollably. She sat down a few feet away from her on her bed. She grabbed him and put her head on his shoulder and cried more than she had ever cried in her life. He knew he shouldn't say anything right away because it would just make it worse. He told her if she didn't want to tell him what happened, she didn't have to.  After about 5 minutes of her crying, clinging onto him, he got her calmed enough to get her to mostly stop crying and lay in bed again. He waited until he thought she was sleeping to leave the room. "Don't leave me alone!" she wept.

"Why do want me to stay?" he asked gently. "I didn't tell you the the whole truth last night." "What do you mean Raven?" he asked again. "I actually have really bad dreams every night. This one was worse than usual. They seem to get worse as time goes on, and that's why I don't get any sleep." she confessed. "Why didn't you tell anyone, Raven?" "I didn't want anyone to worry about me." "You always seem to always not want us to worry about you. Anything that troubles you is something we should worry about." "I'm sorry Robin, I'll try to tell you more of this stuff." "Thank you Raven, but you still haven't exactly said why you want me to stay." he stated. "Okay, fine. Last night when I fell asleep on your shoulder in the living room, I didn't have any nightmares. That was the first time in a very long time, where I felt safe while sleeping." she admitted.

"Okay, I'll stay." She scooted over giving him space to climb in. He got himself situated and Raven crawled up close to him. Robin could feel how cold she was, again. Was she always like this? Soon as Raven had fallen asleep, she started to warm up. This time Robin could actually tell she was sleeping. She seemed different when she was sleeping. Not as peaceful as she seemed when she was awake. Since he was there, she seemed more peaceful than she claimed she usually is. Although... her breathing was slower and more relaxed?

He stayed for a while longer and then considered leaving until he heard her breathing sped up. He put his hand on her chest to feel her heartbeat and it was through the roof and he held on to her and whispered "It's okay. I'm here. You don't need to be afraid. I'm here. Nothing bad is gonna happen. I promise." Those words. Those two small words made it seem as if the entire universe had aligned. Her entire nervous system completely slowed down and her breathing went back to normal. "Can you be here every night?" she whispered in the softest voice almost inaudible. "You can count on it." he whispered back.

Would you look at that... Cyborg with his super sonic hearing was spying from outside the door listening to everything. He liked being on steak outs. It reminded him of steak. A nice, juice, tender, steak lathered in oils and seasoning, with crispy outside, but a chewy inside. Not too chewy, oh no-o-o-o. It was so perfectly designed in his head that he was almost drooling on the floor of the hallway just simply thinking about it.

When he overheard Raven ask for Robin to stay, his jaw legit dropped. He waited there the rest of the time listening in to make sure he didn't hear any... erotic noises. THANK GOD he didn't, but he also heard Raven ask Robin to stay every night, which meant a whole other level of astonishment. He had top secret info no one other teammate has. Cyborg isn't evil, but just an fyi, he does indeed believe in blackmail. I am not saying he'll be the first to blackmail someone, but if either Robin and Raven blackmail him first, he has a way to blackmail them back to get out of it.

Once morning came, Cyborg thought about waiting outside of Raven's door for Boy Wonder to come out to confront him about everything, but then thought about how much information he can get out of this. Plus, he thought it would be fun to see the shock on their face when he brings it up a while down the line. Maybe Cyborg is a bit more evil than I thought, but he definitely knows one thing. Raven is almost like a little sister to him, and if Robin does anything  wrong, he can and will jack him up, because nobody hurts his little sister.
