I'm wandering around talking to random girls.Dallan and One are nowhere to be seen.I see my sister walking towards me with a scowl.
"Where is Dallan?"
"Am I his keeper?"
"You told me he was going to be here."
"Speak of the devil."Dallan enters the hall with One by his side.
She doesn't look any taller so I dont think she's worn any heels.Her mind isn't here.I can tell by the way...
"She's beautiful."I knit my eyebrows as I look at my sister.Did she just compliment someone?
"Uh...yes she is.Dallan's right next to her."I say trying to shift her focus so I can go talk to One.
"Forget about him.I'm going to talk to her."She starts walking away and I quickly hold her hand.
"Father..."
"I said I want to go talk to her."She interjected through gritted teeth.She yanks her arm out of my grip and takes determined steps towards One.
♡♡One's PoV♡♡
I see a lady elegantly walking towards me.She has a smile plastered on her face and when she reaches me,her eyes run up and down my body.
"Well...you look lovely."She says.
"Tha..thank you."
"Daya..."Dallan starts but is quickly hushed.
"Dallan please don't interrupt our conversation."I gaze starts to shift between them and I start to see a bit of resemblance.
"The Alpha has sent for you."A guy says behind Daya.
"Stop bothering us Daya.One,come."Dallan turns to leave.I want to follow him but Daya stops me.I look at her and her eyes hold mine.All I can think of is her.
"Come with me."
"Daya dont compel her!"Dallan shouts whisking me away from Daya.
"She's the only pet father hasn't seen."
"I'll take her myself."
"What a wonderful sight it'd be for father when your pupils turn golden each time you mention her name."She whispers the last part.
Dallan looks defeated as he sends a hateful glare towards Daya.He looks me straight in the eye.Dallan.
"You're free."
"I'm free."I whisper and blink a few times.
"Go with Daya to the Alpha.He requested to see you."I swear my heart stopped for a second.
