Dream ☆ Team ~ Candy Stars

Introduction

Inspired by Pretty Cure, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! This story was written back in 2018, but I deleted it for unknown reasons. I am planning to rewrite it this June and I am super excited because there are going to be quite a few changes. Otherwise, the main characters will always be my precious babies!! Candy Stars (キャンディスターズ) is also known to be a completely new generation from the Dream ☆ Team franchise.

Plot:
Souta Amami is a young boy who loves to come up with new ideas and he is fond of candy and sweets. He one day encounters Caramel (a.k.a Wilbur Timber), a little fox from the realm of Skittle Kingdom. He tells Souta about his dangers and that his partner, Sprinkles (a.k.a Serafina) got captured, so he becomes a hero along with four other students so they can help Caramel rescue Sprinkles as well as protecting the kingdom.

Characters:
Souta Amami (奄美 颯太  Amami Sōta)
Souta is a cheerful and kind young boy who appears to be pretty shy at first, but when others get to know him, he is cheerful loves making friends. He has a goal to become a hero and he is willing to help other smile and stay happy. He likes spending time with his grandfather. He transforms into Dream Zest whose theme colors are yellow and green.
He is based on Charlie Bucket and his motif is lemon meringue pie.

Jiro Takase (高瀬 二郎  Takase Jirō)
At first glance, Jiro is a boy who loves to eat sweets constantly. He hates sports and refuses to exercise. However as time passes by and he meets his friends, he eventually becomes more self aware and he is actually a thoughtful boy who wants to protect others. He transforms into Dream Fudge whose theme colors are red and brown.
He is based on Augustus Gloop and his motif is chocolate brownie.

Takara Kirameki (キラメキ タカラ  Kirameki Takara)
Takara is the daughter of a rich businessman who loves ballet. She is pretty spoiled, so she can be a bit of a brat when people take a glance at her. However, overtime, she will eventually warm up and show a softer side of her. She can be a tsundere at most times though. She transforms into Dream Sugar whose theme colors are pink and white.
She is based on Veruca Salt and her motif is strawberry meringue.

Emiko "Eiko" Suzukawa (鈴川 栄子  Suzukawa Eiko)
A popular virtual star who sings pop songs quite often. Eiko may seem sassy and like a top girl, but in real life she is actually sincere, kind and loves to play dodgeball as a second hobby. She doesn't care much about competition, and always wants to stand by anyone. She transforms into Dream Berry whose theme colors are blue and purple.
She is based on Violet Beauregarde and her motif is blueberry ice cream.

Kaori Wakabayashi (若林 香織  Wakabayashi Kaori)
The youngest member of the team. He loves to play computer games and watch TV, and he can be pretty distant from other people. It will take a long time for him to warm up to others, and despite being young he seems to know a lot. Otherwise he is very intelligent and caring. He transforms into Dream Licorice whose theme colors are orange and black.
He is based on Mike Teavee and his motif is orange flavored licorice.

Caramel (キャラメル  Kyarameru)
Caramel is a fox-like mascot and the leader of Skittle Kingdom. He is generous and wise, but at the same time he jokes around often. He also likes to come up with silly ideas to help Sprinkles with the kingdom. He also has a human form, and goes by Wilbur Timber.
He is based on Willy Wonka.

Sprinkles (スプリンクルズ  Supurinkuruzu)
Sprinkles is another foxy mascot and Caramel's girlfriend. She is very soft-spoken but also extremely kind to others, but she does have a sharp side when danger strikes. She also has a human form and goes by Serafina.
She is based on Princess Lolly from the 2005 Candy Land movie.

Now unlike the story that was previously written, I will be adding some more development into it. Hopefully it wouldn't flop, but I am willing to put it to the test since I am free for the summer! Look forward to it everybody!
