Chapy 1🌺

I woke up feeling dizzy,due to the sunlight shining into my bedroom.i lazily dragged myself to the bathroom,oh Allah I forgot to pray fajr,when i entered the bathroom the first thing I did was to pee,and what I saw really surprised me,blood...well it's the time of my month I said to myself,I did what I had to do and left the bathroom.
I left the room and went to the kitchen on getting there I saw Usman
"Good morning" as usual I didn't get any answer,I went straight to the fridge and took a drink,I turned my direction to leave the kitchen but his words stopped me
"I'm having guest today by 3:30,you'll cook for them and as well serve them" he said and left the kitchen.
I also left the kitchen and went up to my room,I entered the toilet and had my bath.
After wearing my cloth and arranging my bedroom I went downstairs to start the food.
"Oh my God I didn't even ask him what to cook,so stupid of you Hauwa" I mentally said to myself.Ya Allah how am I going to ask him now.Just at the right moment I saw him walking towards his room,you can do this Hauwa,you can do this.
"Erm...Usman...I wanted..to ask you what I'll cook for the guests"this is it Hauwa you are doomed.without sparing me a look he replied
"Do I look like a cook book to you or am I google,cook whatever you feel like cooking,but mind you if anything goes wrong,you're in for it"
With that he went inside his room slamming the door really hard .
"Ai daka karya kofan naga iya karfinka" I said underneath my breath,had it been he heard me I'll be a dead meat by now.
I went to the kitchen and started preparing the food,I thought of making chicken shawarma,fried rice with fried chicken and orange drink.
In one hour time I was done and arranging the table,I looked at the time it's 2:59,I patted my self at the back "good job Hauwa ,you did it"with that I went back to my room to take a small nap,not before thinking everything goes well...I drifted into a deep sleep after that.

I heard somebody banging on my door and I thought it was in my dream so I continued sleeping but then I heard it again "kai ya Allah wai waye a kofan" I now remembered I'm not the only one at home,Usman is also around
"Inalillahi wayo ni Hauwa nashiga uku"and then I heard him saying
"Wai keh Hauwa are you stupid neh or what,open this door before I count to three" I know he's very angry now the way he's shouting like that "I'm sorry I'm coming I just came out of the bathroom" I hurriedly went and open the door,seeing his face I know I'm going to get beaten "what the hell were you doing inside the bathroom for almost 20 minutes" I couldn't answer him because I was shivering out of fear "keh Hauwa da gunki nake magana ko meh,zaki ansa ni ko saina bata maki rai"this is it I'm dead "I..was..ba..th..ing" I said in between sobs,but what he said next left me rooted to my spot and surprised as well " you better not try this next time or else..you'll see the worst side of me"
"I'm..so_"he cut me of " that's not what I even came here for, do you expect me to go to The kitchen and bring the plates or what" he was still glaring at me "I'll go get them now I'm sorry" I walked pass him and went to the kitchen to get the plates and put them on the table.
