chapter 7 A walk part 2

Hi I'm back

Nico POV
"LOST!?" I said
"I'm so sorry Nico" will said
I sighed, why today I thought. "Look," I said " I can just shadow travel back"
"No your still to weak, you need to build up your strength" Will said.
We sat down below a tree as the sun set it would have been Romantic if we weren't lost in the woods! I felt my eyes start to drop and my head falling, my head landed on Wills lap and I quickly fell asleep.

Will POV
Nico fell asleep in my lap, adorable, I can believe I got us lost. This was the day I was going to tell him how I felt, maybe this is a sign, to just give up... that was my last thought before I to fell asleep.

Nico POV
"Nico wake up" I heard will say.
"Will" I said "I had the weirdest dream, were we were lost in the woods and-" Will cut me off
"That was no dream" he said "I heard something so be quiet."
It wasn't a dream? I felt myself started to panic. Then I heard rustling in the bushes. I looked over at will, his face was as white as snow. It was still dark so who knows what's out there?
"Will we need to shadow travel, it's the only way out." He didn't respond. " WILL" I shouted. He quickly turned to me and we locked eyes for a second, then he lunged forward and kissed me. My heart skipped a beat, was Will really kissing me. The guy I like is kissing me. It only lasted about five seconds but it felt like a life time. He pulled me in and hugged me. "Nico I like you, like more then a friend, more then I should." He said. I was so shocked, he likes me? I sat there with his arms around me, I felt safe, like nothing could hurt me. "I like you too" I said finally. He pulled away from the hug and looked at me. "Really?" He said shocked like it was impossible to like him. "Yeah" I said "I really do." He pulled me in a hug and this time I hugged back. We sat there in each others embrace for a long time until we heard something in the bushes, it was getting louder? No.... it was getting closer!

Sorry for being lazy and forgoing to update 😅 I'm not to good at remembering
