Leone awoke with a start, eyes darting across the ceiling as he jolted to conciousness. He didn't know that ceiling, he didn't know these fresh, airy sheets.
His heart started pounding when he felt a hand drape over his thigh. As he could feel, he was only wearing boxers. He flipped over to his side and found Bruno's deep azure eyes staring back into his.
They were beautiful. reflective and wide, windows into Bucciarati's head. Leone got lost in them, swimming in their beautiful gaze, captivated.
Then he remembered where he was.
In Bruno's bed.
He relaxed a little, his eyes stopped flitting back and forth and settled on Bruno. First his magnificent eyes and then his gorgeous, full lips.
"Morning," Bruno said, after clearing his throat. Hearing his voice, delicate yet precise and strong helped Abbacchio get over his awkwardness.Leone opened his mouth but choked on the words as Bruno's arm snaked up his thigh and to his waist. He blushed a little.
Casting his mind back, Abbacchio tried to remember how he had gotten here. He had come round to Bruno's flat for a drink, and then...they'd gotten a bit drunk. Well that was an understatement. Abbacchio got pretty hammered actually. Then Bruno made a drunken expression of love to Abbacchio, which resulted in the two ending up in the bedroom...
Recalling the previous night almost seemed to make Leone remember his throbbing headache and parched throat. Each heart beat sent a pulse of pounding pain to his skull, feeling like there was something squeezing against the inside of his head. He groaned, feeling the back of his arid, sandpaper throat.
He shifted onto his ellbows trying to rub his suddenly bleary eyes. He gave it a moment and felt much more awake. He could still benefit from a coffee.
Bruno used his other arm to snake over Leone's broad shoulders, trying to ease him back down into the bed.
"Stay," Bruno said, firmly. He wanted Leone back in his embrace. He wanted his partner-now-boyfriend back in his loving arms.
Leone looked at him and found it very hard to reisist burying his face in Bruno's neck and kissing him all over his bare skin. But he needed at least a glass of water. He planted a peck on Bruno's chin before swinging his leg's round and out.
Bruno groaned as Abbacchio left and as some of the duvet was dragged off of him.
Abbacchio felt it good to stretch his legs a little, going to Bruno's small living dinner and taking a glass from the cupboard and pouring water from a jug into it. The water had been sitting there since the night before. While he was at it he took a painkiller pill for his headache.
He scratched his bare ribcage after gulping down the rest of the water.
He returned to Bruno's room.
That night before was only the second time Leone had shared a bed with Bruno and this time felt like a bigger step in their relationship. Soon, he hoped, the two could move in together, settle down maybe. He loved Bucciarati, even if he didn't care to admit it. Looking at the lithe man in that bed, black bangs and blue eyes... he just wanted to sieze him and runaway.
Thank god no one can read my mind, that would have been most embarassing, he thought as he walked over to the bedside and crawled over the sheets to Bruno.
"Bruno-" he tried to start saying something but he was cut short by a kiss from Bruno. As he jolted and his heart began to race, he remarked at the large smudges of shiny black lipstick that were all over Bruno's body from last night's activities.
He suddenly forgot all about his headache as he slumped all over Bruno, moving his head down to his neck as he entwined their hands. Bruno gasped as Leone softly brushed his lips over his neck, tilting his head so Leone had better access.
Then Bruno forced Leone's head away and moved his hands over Abbacchio's hips, gently gliding over his waist. Abbacchio sat on top of him, cupping his face with one hand and holding the back of his neck with the other. They were both breathing hard and blushing. Abbacchio hated showing emotion.
Especially in front of Bruno. It embarrassed him.
Which only made him blush more.
They stared for a moment, lost in each others' wide eyes. They smiled and snickered a little before Bruno met Leone's face and they lost each other in their lips. They bashed teeth once or twice, getting carried away by love and excitement. They both groaned slightly when their tounges met.
They broke apart, hair even more messy than when they woke up.
They both glanced over at the clock. 9am, Sunday morning. They could afford to stay off work today.
They both had a gasping giggle for a moment before kissing again.
What a morning.
