Chapter 1 - Finding out

(this is kind of a setting type paragraph) It was late April, when all the boys were at Nash and Cameron's house in L.A. They decided to play with Nerf guns and split up on teams; Shawn, Taylor, Matt, and Carter on one team and Jack and Jack, Nash, and Cameron on the other.
They played untill they got tired so they stoped to watch a movie on Netflix.

Shawns P.O.V

Taylors phone randomly buzzed, it was a text from a girl named "Elle". I watched Taylor open it and smile, I suddenly became very tense and wanted to cry. So I got up and walked to the kitchen. A few moments later I heard a small voice, it happened to be Mattew. He asked me what was up, but I just said "nothing I just wanted a drink" "okay well you got up and took off so I wanted to come check on you" he said sounding very worried. "Thanks Matt your a great friend" After that we both walked back into the living room as if nothing happened. Everyone stared at me as I went back to where I was sitting. They all had wondering exspresions on their faces, so I smiled then continued watching the movie. My heart was kidda hurt but I managed to not let it get to me, I've known Taylor all my life and I really dont know why I got upset because Im not gay? well atleast I dont think I am..maybe I am.. I dont know? It's just that me and Tay hang out every day, and the more we hang out I feel like I'm getting a small crush on him.. When he laughs or smiles my heart melts, I've only ever dated girls before, I've never thought of being gay? I feel so weird thinking about this because my parents always told me that only weird people were gay and that something is wrong with them. But now I'm getting feelings for Taylor and I don't even think I'm gay.
