Katie was saying maybe goodbye to Alice. I didn't now what to say or if to say goodbye. Then I saw someone running toward Alice's room but I stopped them.
Kai- who are you
???- I'm her boyfriend
Ava- no your not lier
???- Avani i don't care let me see her
Kai- no, what your name
???- my name is Jordan Alice's ex boyfriend
Kai- will you have to wait there is a line to see her
J- and who are you
Kai- her friend
J- I'll be in the waiting room tell me when I can see her
Kai- ok
   He walked  away and I looked at Avani.
Kai- was he her ex
Ava- sadly yes he is the reason she started to vape and drink in the first place
Kai-oh
Ava- he used Alice and then slept with her best friend
Kai- oh ok
   Then I turned around and saw Katie standing next to me. With a worried expression on her face I looked toward Alice's room and saw a bunch of nurse going in here room.
       I started to get nervous and my hands were getting sweaty.

Alice's pov
   I woke up and say a doctor.
D- oh your finally awake
A- what happened
D- you were drunk and started to drive and you crashed with someone else
A- are they ok
D- yes they are
A- ok that's good
D- let me go tell your friends that your ok and awake
A- no please don't tell them, can you tell them  that I died please
D- I'm not allowed to do that
A- please i pay you money
D- ok I'll tell them you died
A- thank you doctor

Kai's pov
   I saw the doctor come out of Alice's room a. He looked upset.
Kai- what is it is she ok
D- I'm sorry fo—
K- no she's not, she can't
D- I'm sorry for loss

My heart stopped I couldn't believe that I lost her.
D- how can I contact the parents
Ava- there not in the picture doctor
D- oh oh is there other family members
K- umm her brother that lives in California
D- oh ok
  I went to the waiting room to tel her ex because he deserved to know.
J- can i see her now
Kai- umm no
J- why
Kai- I'm sorry but she's...
J- no she's not
  He walked away I felt the same k couldn't believe that I lost her. Maybe I did still like her I just made myself think I didn't.

Alice's pov
Everyone came to say there goodbyes. It was hard to hear them say those things. Then I heard someone walk in i didn't know who they were.
Kai- hi Alice im here to say goodbye I guess I just es wanted to say that I'm sorry for the pain I caused you and that when I bullied you in when we were younger was because I liked you. But you never noticed me and remember the bear I stole I still have it because I wanted it because it reminded me of you.  I just wanted to say that I like you and I'm sorry I didn't tell you before.

    I couldn't believe that he said those things I was shocked. I never knew he kept the bear and that he liked me. But I couldn't show how shocked I was or tell him anything.
      The doctor gave me new clothes a hat glasses and a mask so no one know who I was. I called my brother and told him what happened. I also asked if I could live with him and he said yes. The next day I went on an airplane to California. When I got there i saw my brother.

  I meet Diego, Ari, Lauren, and other people. Maybe life in California won't be so bad I thought to myself.
