We arrived at home , we did few shopping for her clothes to make her mind divert .she was not at all interested . I was bothered through out the journey, seeing her blank face . She went into her room .
I taught of giving her space and cook her steaked potatoes .

" Danny do you want to eat anything I'm cooking steaked potatoes for Evelyn"

" Jesus ! What on earth made you such a holy soul my child . You never cook for me " .

I was trying to control grin spreading out " you never noticed my work , you Satan "

It has been while she didn't come out " ok Satan you eat I will call ell to join". I was going to her room

" Every night in my dream I see you ....." Danny started singing , that made me smile . That was the song which ell was singing on that day.

I showed him middle finger , " bro you are not eligible for me to fu*k you " he was laughing like a real Satan now I ignored him and knocked on door .

No response came I slowly opened the door . The shower sound was coming from bathroom .

" Elle come fast breakfast is ready "

" Aaron is that you , plz do me a small favor "

Her half naked body peeped out behind the door , I was collecting strength to open my mouth , " yup tell me "

" I left few of my clothes in car can you bring them PLZZ".

" Ya sure , btw you look hot " she felt consious and closed the door immediately .

" You brat " was all I could hear.

I went down to bring the clothes , I was gathering the shopping bags, but there was an another bag in car .

I threw the bags in my hand aside and opened up the bag , there were few clothes and certificates in the bag .

Father name : Paul Windsor
Mother name : Stella Windsor
DoB " 11-21995.

She is a year younger than me 😁.

But one thing I don't understand , if she is having a bag in here which is forgotten by her probably in drunken stage people do so. Then who's bag is there with that dead body and on what evidence they arrested ell.

I was worried with things going on this made me worse . I should visit jade to know what's up with all of it.

I placed the bag in car and took the dress and went up. " Ell I kept all the bags on bed come fast breakfast is ready "

" Bro today i want your car , you go by taxi " I said to danny

" God you are really pain in ass , and keep my car safe " he was trying to keep up the seriousness .

" That doesn't suit you go now you are already late "

He left to office , I was feeling little hot I removed my t-shirt .

Evelyn pov.

I wore the casual jeans and a crop top , my tummy was yelling at me to put some food in .

I went out and saw Aaron shirtless , inner me 🥺🤐 .

I was trying to cut the awkward situation and make it so casual .I slowly sat on the stool , he turned towards me . His pale skined chest was exposed to the sunlight.

He served me breakfast and he took coffee and stood near window. Looking at him made me peaceful .

" Ell I have a small work will be back in 2 hrs if you need anything just call me ok "

I was lost in taughts " ok " was all I said . I didn't think my life would become such peaceful . I lost all my hopes after my mom's death . A tear flowed on my cheek.

" Hey whats wrong everything is alright now it's just misunderstanding you didn't do any murder " he came and hugged me .

That gesture made me feel better and safe , I just nod .

" Only 2 hrs " he said and went in . It was not because of the case it's about the love I lost as child , my dad behaviour all makes me sad everytime I think of it . My birthday is coming but I don't want to celebrate . It became a habit not to celebrate my birthday . I felt so sleepy whole night I was tensed in jail. I feel a sleep.

I called up jade he said to meet him at record room where all the evidence are stored.

I went in a cabin he was sitting on the table , bureid his head in a file.

" Hi jade can I come in "

" Hey stop being overdramatic "

" Hows all going on "

" Pretty well , so how is Evelyn feeling now "

" All good till I found this " I placed the bag I found in car .

He frowned and opened the bag " shit then who's bag is that which I found at dead body "

" That's the matter " I said .

"We taught that the culprit was her and we found her soon , but itseems something else "

" How did you guys know she was there in our apt "

" Simple we enquired about car , with the number plate seen in cctv footage . Took out Daniel number tracked it and we got information" .

" Smart ass ! But what about this and for God sake I want to known each and every detail about this case , evidence ".

" Cool I will tell everything , though it's confidential for your sake I'm doing you should be thankful "

" Will thank you later first show me "

He took out the bag and few papers in polythene sheet on which the
" EVIDENCE " was printed .

" This is all what we got , you have 10 minutes time do it fast "

" Sure leave me alone"

I took out all the papers they were all the certificates that were there In car , how come she have two copies of orginal certificates . Then there was a pic of family , a father ,mother and a little girl .

I opened my phone and took picture of it . All other stuff seemed of no use .I got out

" Thank you for the help bro I'm leaving will call if I need any help "

" Any time " he says and I drive back to apt . I go in to check ell, she was sleeping peacefully . I fell asleep beside her .
