A/N: OKAY, SO QUICK NOTE - IN MY TF PRIME AU, YOU CAN TRACK SPARK SIGNATURES, BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS RECORDS/SCANS OF THAT SPARK SIGNATURE. Okay, thank you. Sorry about using all caps, but it's important for understanding a few things. Anyway, school has been absolutely kicking my butt, and I have about 4 assignments due soon that I haven't started on. So what do I do? Write this chapter, of course! Let me know if there is any mistakes, and I'd love it if you left a comment telling me what you thought. <3

Enjoy!

Shockwave found this entire situation completely illogical.

First, those two pesky Autobots escaped him and used his space bridge, which he had been working on for mega-cycles. Then when he pursued, they shot him in his optic, managing to escape him again. And to top it all off, the bridge was set to explode at any second, with Shockwave still inside.

It would destroy all of his hard work and the only way he had to get off of Cybertron, so it was essential he managed to get to the set destination of the bridge, which had a 97.3% chance of being the Autobot's new hiding place.

While Shockwave could continue to think about probabilities and percentages for cycles on end, right now he had to sprint forward blindly through the space bridge before it exploded with him inside.

Finally, he managed to burst through and land, somehow without stumbling, onto the rocky terrain of a different planet. He heard the space bridge close behind him, and relied on his audios to figure out where the Autobots were located. The two idiotic bots gasped and jumped to their pedes, ready to continue their battle. But Shockwave was not looking for another confrontation, and transformed into his alt mode, driving away as fast as the bulky thing would allow. Neither Autobot followed him, too tired to attempt to give chase.

He used his internal radar and scanners to warn him of any oncoming human vehicles or obstacles he needed to worry about. A beeping sound alerted him that his scanners had found his location; planet E-01182008, or Earth.

If Shockwave still had the emotional capacity to whoop with joy, he would have.

A few cycles ago, for the first time in over a stellar cycle, he had managed to detect a particular spark signature travelling out of Cybertron's atmosphere. Lo and behold, it was on a direct course for a planet that the natives called "Earth".

When B-127 had escaped his clutches for the fifth time, Shockwave thought of it as a minor inconvenience. It didn't matter; the scientist would easily be able to find the tiresome and utterly predictable bot within a cycle.

A cycle turned into two, and then five, and then a mega-cycle, and if Shockwave could still actually feel anything in that frozen spark of his, he would have been surprised and maybe the tiniest bit proud. After all, B-127's escape attempts had never lasted this long. The trackers and other recording devices Shockwave had planted on the young experiment made sure of that. Plus, the yellow bot's spark signature was incredibly unique and easy to track.

Or at least, it was easy to track before B-127 somehow hid its spark from Shockwave's scanners, making it impossible to find. The decepticon scientist had never taught it to do that; he had made sure of it, which meant that the young experiment must have taught itself. To top it all off, the bot had also deleted all of Shockwave's information on its spark signature, which took over a stellar cycle (A/N: around a year) to replicate from memory. Shockwave was forced to admit that maybe the young bot was smarter than he gave it credit for.

Shockwave would figure it out. He was the one who practically made the little thing, after all. Not literally - he wasn't the bots carrier - but he had been the one to combine the sparkling's CNA with a Predacon's, and create the first ever successful Cybertronian-Predaconian hybrid. The yellow bot was genetically near-perfect; its strength, speed, stamina, and senses were all off the charts in terms of power and ability. It would have been the perfect soldier, if not for the fact it developed...
