Chapter 11
Author's POV
Tristan sat across from Damon in his office.
When Dominic got better they convinced him to leave with Christian to get something to eat while the two stayed to talk.
Tristan wasn't ready for this but he knew that Damon wasn't going to easily let him go.
"Why did you hide him from me?" Damon broke the silence.
"The same reason I left Damon" Tristan responded with a glare.
"You promised you wouldn't leave me" Damon said after taking a deep breath.
"You were the first one to break your promise" Tristan responded.
"You never gave me a chance to explain and..."
"You did what you did and there's no need for an explanation" Tristan said as he stood up to leave but Damon caught him and turned him to face him.
"There's a lot of things you don't understand" Damon said.
"I do understand Damon. I understand very well. You killed my father. You promised me that if I married you you wouldn't touch my family but I was an idiot and I believed you" Tristan lashed out.
"We are still legally married" Damon.
"It means nothing to me. I want a divorce and no matter what you say I'm leaving with my son"
"His also my son and I won't allow you to keep him away from me any longer" Damon said raising his voice.
"I'm not afraid of you Montella and there is nothing you can do to convince me to stay" Tristan said as he pulled his arm away and walked our of the office.
This time Damon didn't try to stop him.

"Hey little boss how is the pizza" Christian and a few other guys were having pizza with Dominic. They found him absolutely adorable and had fun talking to the little kid.
His resemblence to both Damon and Tristan was amazing and no one could deny it. He was also bossy just like his parents.
"It's delicious uncle Christian" he responded with a chessy smile.
Tristan stood and watched them interact. He smiled thinking that this is how he had imagined raising his son here. Well that was before the night he found out that Damon killed his father.
That was the day everything changed.

Why was Tristan's father killed? And will Damon be able to convince Tristan to stay or will he be leaving for the second time?
