Chapter 4. The Courage In Those Eyes

A day has passed since the tragidy of King II death, Min-su's death, princess yona, and prince Soo-Won's betrayal.
It's been days since yona hasn't eaten while traveling out in the wilderness she's been wondering along with us like a doll that has been broken inside and out, damn it Soo-Won! You'll get what's coming at you! I then hear yona's heavily breathing again i turn to look at her stopping and resting against a tree hak stops as well and so does Nari "we can rest here for the day, their should be a pond near by that's like exactly like a hot spring you girls can go bathe in it while I start making dinner, and lady Akai please take princess with you"? Ask hak I nod in response " c'mon princess let hak make dinner while we go take a bath"? I ask her
She gets up from the tree and walks beside me and Nari the three of us then head the direction towards the pond where their is a steaming waterfall.
The three of us start stripping Nari got in first making sure the waters are warm she nods her head in response then both me and princess get in the pond I sit next too Nari while princess sits in front of us "this is so relaxing isn't i"? I ask I hear Nari say yes and princess nodding in response "wish I had my shamisen it'll make it even better" I say while my head goes back.
"I know, lady Akai, why won't you sing for us"? Ask Nari I instantly look at her in disbelief" are you nuts or something, my singings terrible" i say then look at princess " Akai, i don't think I've ever heard you sing" said princess while looking at me with those ghostly eyes " alright, if I sing, princess will you smile for me"? I ask her her eyes widened but she then smiles "yes" was all she said i smile closed my eyes then looks back at her " very well, princess, what would you like for me too sing"? I ask of her she looks up thinking a bit then looks back at me and says " surprise me" I hear Nari giggle beside me I look at her then back at princess "very well, as you wish" I say, I sit up and position myself in a sitting stance, i close my eyes and began softly sing.

Akai's pov

As I was and have started the fire for dinner, I heard a very soft familiar feminine voice softly sing near at the pond and knew exactly who's voice it belonged too, as dinner began cooking i may my ways towards the pond to see both princesses and Nari in the pond bathing and lady Akai singing.
