Tbh I haven't read the manga quite yet, but I'm gonna! Anyway, here's where you can find it in english :) (link in the document)

I would just go in order on the side bar.

   The Dirty Dawg Manga
   BB and MTC Manga
   FP and M Manga
   DH and BAT Manga

Also, you'll see these abbreviations a lot.

BB: Buster Bros (Ikebukuro)
MTC: Mad Trigger Crew (Yokohama)
FP: Fling Posse (Shibuya)
M: Matenrou (Shinjuku)

and

DH: Dotsuitare Honpo (Osaka) (why the name so long?)
BAT: Bad Ass Temple (Nagoya)
