"Another highly anticipated movie will be released in spring next year written by the rising scriptwriter Jennie Kim and will be produced under NinePercent."

A woman in her early twenties let out a laugh that isn't a laugh. Her soft features are illuminated with the light coming from her monitor, she's been reading countless articles posted on Naver talking about the movie that's already earning positive comments from the netizens because of it's speculated casts, director, and scriptwriter. However, despite the fact that the hashtag is already trending on number one spot, the scriptwriter sitting in front of her Macbook pro could only laugh eerily. How can she celebrate? She hasn't written a single line, not even a single word for this movie.

Jennie Kim was 21 when she won the Seoul Best Scriptwriter award and take note, it's not just 'Rising Scriptwriter' but best! She did that by being in the industry for only two years. People around Jennie call it innate talent but for the woman herself, she calls it a bit of lifetime luck. The movie that she had written two years ago took over the entire Seoul movie industry by a storm. It was a fantasy love story movie with beautiful cinematography, top-tier casts, and heart-piercing dialogues.

Oblivion became the third-highest-grossing film in Seoul. All these commotions, comments, and pressure could only cause Jennie's whole body to tremble. She received the details about this project two months ago and she's been on her laptop for two months too, hoping that she could start but she couldn't.

"Arghhhh." She could only groan from frustration.

This is the thing about writers. Everything is fine and all until you published a successful piece, once the readers knew that you could write something so beautiful they'll expect you to write something more beautiful than before. And that is not totally the case!

Jennie's trembling hand reached out for the cup of coffee from her wide wooden desk and took a sip.

"Are you writing some erotic scenes? Why are you moaning?" It was probably said to make her laugh but Jennie couldn't, she could only look at Nayeon helplessly, her closest colleague and roommate.

"I hope I could write even a single erotic scene but I don't even know how to write."

"Why is that? Is the plot that the producers want really that complicated?" Nayeon stopped cleaning the room and proceed to the couch next to Jennie's desk.

"It's not complicated." Jennie sighed. "It is very complicated."

"It's a lesbian mystery film, isn't it? Are you homophobic or something? I even thought you're gay way back our college days."

"Shut up! It's totally not like that. I am not homophobic but I have never been in a relationship with someone who's the same gender as me. I want to write something so natural and something that won't disrespect the community. But my brain cells are on hiatus."

The helplessness in Jennie's face was too obvious that it looked comical and the sitting woman in front of her couldn't hold her laughter anymore.

"What's so funny?" Jennie clicked her tongue annoyingly and turns to her monitor once again.

"I am so sorry but I think you need some rest."

"Rest? I've been resting for two months but look, I can't even type a single syllable."

"Maybe our apartment is not that refreshing for you anymore. You need a new place to gain inspiration. Away from the bustling streets of Gangnam." The words were spoken so firmly that for a moment, Jennie thought it's a good idea. But if she's not in Seoul, where should she go?
