Ignorance

"You're my father ...?"

Iwaizumi grabbed the photo from Jun's hands and pointed to his mother.

"The wife that you were pertaining earlier is Iwaizumi Hikaru?"

Jun who was dumbfounded of the sudden question of Iwaizumi made him shiver. He can't utter a word nor think straight on this sudden revelation Iwaizumi is saying to him.

Iwaizumi tried to grab Jun's collar but it just went through his tux.

Jun collapsed and kneeled infront of Iwaizumi and bowed his head to him.

"I'm sorry son"

Jun burst into tears and was trying to compose himself trying to get it together. He begged for forgiveness over and over again until his voice started to crack everytime he speaks. He wants to say a lot of things but can't. Greed, anger, selfishness and thoughts of murdering someone is what Iwaizumi is thinking. But the emotion that he is feeling above anything else is frustration.

"Do you ever feel guilty letting a single mother raise her child to the point that she is dying because of overworking? Did you ever feel guilty knowing mom would be crying every night thinking what did she lack that didn't made you feel happy? Have you ever thought what did she felt when she can't do anything to protect his five year old son from people that bullied him?"

Iwaizumi paused and tried to hold back his tears.

"Did you ever know what I felt when I saw her die infront of me?"

Jun sobbed louder hearing this from Iwaizumi. He tried to cover his mouth with his hands but he can't calm his self from this sudden news.

"You didn't felt it, right? You were happily living in this kind of life while we were starving to death not knowing if we can still live the next day. You were happily playing family with Erika-san and Oikawa but me and mom don't even know your whereabouts. You told me that you tried to find us? That's bullshit. You have a lot of connections but still no clue about us? And you told me that mom let you go saying be a good father to your child? Well, fuck it! My mom is your wife and yet you chose Erika-san over us! So now what? You think you're a good father because you raised Oikawa well?! No you're not! You will never be even in your after life!"

Jun tried to hold Iwaizumi's leg while still kneeling but his hand just went through Iwaizumi's body again.

"Please give me another chance. I will do anything to make it up to you. Please give me a chance son I'm begging you" Jun said as he looked up to Iwaizumi.

"Do you hear yourself saying that stupid question? Can't you see me right now?! I'm already dead! Can you ever make up with mom too? No, right?! You have a lot of chances before but you all wasted it. You just stayed here loving a family while leaving us behind."

"Just please stay by my side. I promise I will never leave you again."

"I will never give you a chance. Even if I do, I don't have much remaining time here in this world."

Iwaizumi walked right pass Jun and closed the door behind him. He went back to check Oikawa because he was worried about him. Iwaizumi thought that he shouldn't have told Oikawa about this and just disappear from this world.

He tried to knock his door but no one opened it. He put his ear close to the door trying to hear anything from Oikawa's room but he didn't hear anything. He tried to open the door but his hand just slipped on the door knob. Without thinking, he tried to slipped through the door and saw Oikawa lying on the floor. He run as fast as he can and put his ear infront of the other's chest.

There was no heartbeat coming from him. He run to look for the maids and butlers trying to ask for help. When he saw a bunch of butlers having their meeting, he screamed but no one heard him. He tried to hold their hands and shoulders but he can't touch them. He run through the hallways and saw the maids changing the flowers. He screamed and beg for help but no one heard him. He kneeled in front of them and cried.

"I'm begging you please help Oikawa. Please help him."

He tried over and over again but still no use. No one can hear him nor can touch them.

"Please, Lord I'm begging you. Please help me to save Oikawa"

The maid who brought snacks from earlier on Oikawa's room went out from one of the rooms in the mansion. She was shocked seeing Iwaizumi kneeling on the hallway and crying. Even if she was scared, she slowly walked close to Iwaizumi and asked,

"Can I help you?" The maid said while stuttering.

Iwaizumi looked up and screamed,

"Please help me! Oikawa needs help. He's not breathing anymore!"

The maid shivered and run as fast as she can with the other maids.

"P..please... h... help me! The young master...."

"What about him?"

"He needs help! He's not breathing anymore!"

One of the maids pressed the alarm signaling an emergency is happening. The butler who were having a meeting earlier run as fast as they can to Jun's room, Erika's room and lastly Oikawa's room. When they saw the young master was lying on the floor, they hurriedly carried him and readied the car to sent him to the hospital.

Erika woke up from the alarm knowing something bad is happening. She hurriedly went out from her room and saw her son being carried by the butlers.

"What happened to my son?" She tried to stop them but one of the butlers bowed and apologized

"I'm sorry but we can't waste any time and we badly need to sent him to the hospital."

Erika saw Iwaizumi and tried to slap him. Her hands just went through and shouted to him.

"What have you done to my son?! Where were you when that happened?!" Erika was so furious she grabbed the vase that the maid was holding and tried to throw it to Iwaizumi. Someone held his hand and it was Jun who just arrived.

"It's not his fault. He was with me and he didn't do anything."

Erika tried to removed Jun's grip from her hand. She used her other hand and tried to slapped Iwaizumi but Jun stopped her again.

"You don't have the right to slap my son!"

Erika was surprised and laughed.

" This is your son?! This ghost lingering in our house?! You're fucking kidding me!"

"He is my legitimate son! He was the child that I left with my real wife!"

Erika was shocked and he looked to Iwaizumi like she's throwing daggers on him. Jun walked to Iwaizumi and told Iwaizumi that they need to go to the hospital quickly.

After a five minute drive, they arrived at the Tokyo Medical Hospital and a doctor went out from the emergency room. He met the two who just arrived and asked,

"Are you the father of Oikawa Tooru?"

Jun just nodded.

"Your son.... committed suicide."
