3rd POV
3 days later.. Hogwarts starts in 2 days. Harry is sitting down at the table with Ron, while Hermione sits down at the couch. Harry & Hermione keep making eye contact and it makes them blush. "Oh look that must be our owl exams results" Ron pointed out to 3 birds in the sky. "Its coming today? Oh no I think I got my answer to one number in datda wrong!" Hermione panicked. "Hey its fine, you'd probably get better grades than me and Ron" Harry said to Hermione. The papers fallen straight to whoever it was signed for. "Not bad, I got 2 Outsanding, 2 Exceeds Expectations and a few Acceptable and 1 poor for potion." Harry said as he read his paper. "Yeah me too just that ive got 1 outsanding and 3 exceeds expectations." Ron says. "'Mione?" Harry asked. "I dont want you guys to look at it" She says. Ron then snatched it out of her, "See she got dozens of Outstandings and just one exceeds expectations" Ron read. "Give that back!" Hermione shouted and Harry took the paper from Ron to her.
-Skipping to school-
Harry's POV
I tried and go off the cabinet but still see Malfoy on the other side of the room. "Didn't your parents told you not to eavesdrop, Potter!" Malfoy shouted then petrified Me. He goes to break my nose then went outside. I was frozen for what felt like hours. I heard someone knocking and open the door, "Harry?" A voice asked and I realise it was Hermione. I tried so hard to move but couldn't do it. Luckily, Hermione saw a pair of shoes that looked like Mines. She bent down to get the invinsibilty cloak off. Then muttered a spell to turn me back, I then lean up hugging her once I was free to move.
Hermione's POV
I was just about to go off with Ron and realises Harry has not gone back. I said to Ron that I wanna use the toilet and cant wait until i get to school. I searched around the back of the train to the front and 10 mins later I found him. He immediately hugged me which suprised me but I hugged him back. "Im sorry." He says. I didn't say anything but I just helped him up. "Youre mad at me aren't you?" Harry says. "Im not mad, Im just really dissapointed, I thought you knew better, that you can just tell us whats wrong but you just left me and Ron alone and dont say anything, how can we not be mad!" I shouted at him. "And here, Episkey!" I said then it fixed his nose. "Now come on the others waiting for us" I said. We walked down silently and awkwardly until Harry says, "Im sorry, I just had to see if I was right" "And!? Were you right?!" I said back. "I dont know look" Harry sighed in between. "You know what we'll talk about it later" I said then walked in the great hall.
Me and Harry reached the others then after feast Ron, Harry and I went straight up and talked about Malfoy and the closet he talked about.
After 1 hour of chatting, Ron went upstairs to his dorm, leaving me and Harry alone. I pulled out a book then started reading, the awkward silence filling the room. "Do you forgive me, Hermione?" Harry asked breaking the silence after a few minutes I sighed then said, "I do but please promise me you wont do it ever again, I'm saying this because I care about you and Im not mad at you but sometimes you can be really thick, if you find yourself in a tough spot, know that you can talk to me or Ron, we're always here for you" I said slowly and calmly. "So we're good?" He asked. I answered a simple yes. After a few minutes I was getting tired to the point where I accidentally fell asleep on Harry's shoulder and the next day I woke up on his shoulder in the common room couch. I woke up to try not to wake him. I got dressed then packed my bag and waited for the boys to get ready so we can get to breakfast.
The month past like normal, no suspicious thing from Malfoy, nothing. Although, Me and Harry grew closer and closer and I felt as if my crush had grew, I didn't like him, I love him.
