The first day She swim at the sea for half mile and when she come back she take a deep breath and go for the 200 yard running nonstop when she come back she rest for a minute then go jump over a car, fence, huge rock, old log then she go for the pulls up she done it with the count of 30 she rest and go for the dip parallel bars and she do it 30 times after the Training they go back to the dorm
Second days *she doing the same but it times two*
Third days *she doing the same but it times three*
Fourth day *she doing the same but it times four*
Fifth day *she doing the same but it times five*
The weekend izuku give her a rest she ask why and he said even an assassin need a rest for their body

Sixth day She can swim 7 mile and 600 yard running and she can jump over a house or a balcony 80 pull up and 80 dip parallel bars
Seventh day *she doing the same but it times seven*
Eighth day *she doing the same but it times eight*
Ninth day *she doing the same but it times nine*
Tenth day *she doing the same but it times ten*
