As night grew closer, David felt more sleepy. Another good night sleep awaits the two sleepy love birds. David and his lover Mads went into the bedroom. They slipped under the sheets then cuddled, arms wrapped around each other.
"Goodnight David." Mads said as he kissed David's forehead.
"Mmm goodnight." Said David. They both drifted off to sleep happily.

Mads suddenly woke up on a bed of sand. Sand? That enough threw Mads' attention to his surroundings. He stood up slowly, still groggy from the lack of sleep the night before. 'What the hell? How did I get here?' He thought. Mads started to wander around the empty beach scene. No other human was in sight, not even a nearby building was to be seen or heard.
30 minutes passed. Nothing. What's the point of this? What is going on? Mads decided to sit near the water, just enough where it stops around his waist. It felt nice. He dosed off into his daydream world.
Suddenly, Mads felt a soft touch on his leg. He panicked, splashing water everywhere, as a sign of instinct, backing away.
It was a man.
Black hair, ocean blue eyes, pale skin, thin complexion, shirtless. Mads felt a blush creep on his cheeks as the strange male smiled sweetly.
but wait.
What's that behind him? It looked like a blue tail fish, just swaying back and forth as he did.
What the hell is this creature?
"Hello!" The creature greeted.
"...h-hello." Said Mads.
"I'm called Nyedav. And you're called?"
"Um....Mads."
The creature smiled at the name.
"Hey uh... What are you exactly?"
"I told you. Nyedav. ~"
'Maybe he's really not the smartest.' Mads thought.
"Hmm...I-I feel like I've seen you before." The blonde said. All Nyedav did was smile sweetly.
"Hey! Do you want to play a game?" Said the fish.
"What game?"
"Let's see who can swim to that dock over there the fastest!" He pointed to a stray dock in the distance. When did that get there?
"Come on!" Nyedav grabbed Mads' Arm, falling in the water which laid a strange half human half fish.
They went so deep in the water that they couldn't reach sand no longer.
"Ready. Set. Go!" Nyedav bolted with his tail, giving him an amazing boost. Mads kicked his feet, splashing water everywhere, hoping to catch up speed.
Before Mads could think, his last bubble of air was gone. He was underwater too long trying to catch up. He had no more strength to swim up to get air. The blonde floated slowly down into the abyss, no call for help was heard to Nyedav.
"Made it!" Nyedav grabbed the wooden pole holding up the dock.
"Haha! I wo-..." The fish turned around to mock his competitor, only to see no human life in sight.
"Mads?" He yelled.
"Mads?!" He dove down in the water to search for Mads.
As he kept on swimming, little bubbles of air caught his drift. The blonde was still floating down to the bottom when Nyedav found him. He grabbed Mads' arm then pulled him towards land.
Nyedav tried his best to climb fully on the land with his arms, plus dragging the unconscious blonde. They both flopped on their back. Catching their breath. Nyedav turned to Mads, trying to shake him awake.
"Mads wake up!" He said, using CPR.
After 3 minutes, he decided to give him air by force. Almost kissing him. A blush creeped on the fish's cheeks.
'Oh Jesus Christ! Come on, suck it up David! Now isn't the time. He could be in serious trouble! But we only just met!... Or did we?' Nyedav thought. The fish pinched Mads' nose then slightly opened his jaw. He took a deep breath, then dove in with jaws open. Their lips met. He exhaled hard into the blonde's mouth. Nyedav' face was now probably tomato red by now.
After a couple minutes of repeatedly doing 'the kiss of life' on Mads, the blonde a started to suddenly cough up water. He curled in a ball, trying to get the water out of his lungs.
"...a-are you ok?" Said Nyedav.
"*couph!* y-yeh. Sorry I kinda blacked out for a minu-..." Mads turned to see the merman Nyedav shyly hugging his bright blue tail, face red, breathing heavily himself.
"What's wrong?" Mads asked concerned. The merman lightly touched his lips.
Mads' eyes widened then touched his own lips.
".....oh"
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to do it! You just weren't breathing and I ju-" Nyedav was cut off by a pair of lips brushing against his. They both pulled away after a minute.
"Shh it's ok. You did the right thing. You saved me." Mads kind of realized how ooc and emotional Nyedav was, but he found it so adorable he couldn't help it.
They both looked into each other's eyes. Then smiled happily.

Mads jolted up out of bed, surprisingly breathing heavily. This was enough to softly wake up David next to him.
"What? Are you ok?" David said softly, still groggy.
"Oh jeez, man. You have no idea how weird my dream was."
"Was it a nightmare."
"No, not at all. It was just so weird!"
As Mads went on and on just complaining about his dream, David lifted himself up to kiss his boyfriend on the cheek.
"Mhm, now get back to sleep. It's like 2 in the morning." David said as he curled back up in a ball drifting back to sleep. Mads just smiled for a while. He couldn't understand why but he was just happy. He laid back down, wrapping his arms around David's waist then silently drifted back to sleep, not having a single dream during that certain slumber.
