ophelia was in no way ready to put on a brave face. sure she told alex she could forgive him and get over it but she would have said anything to his puppy dog eyes, even if it meant lying to herself.

she had to unblock him to reassure him but that feeling that made her block him in the first place still hung over her shoulders. fuck.

do you ever have that unexplainable feeling of dread and guilt in the pit of your stomach? well that was exactly what ophelia was feeling. she had to get to know alexis all over again but after he'd destroyed her trust the first time she was a bit hesitant to let him back in.

before she knew it alex had come to join the rest of them and they were sat awkwardly in an uber waiting to get to disney land.

as fate would have it alex and ophelia were squashed together at the back of the car making small talk. wilbur and techno were purposefully not talking to the two in order for them to break the ice between them. but that ice was strong.

the two left their conversation at that, and silence filled the air except from this time it was not an awkward one.

the rest of the uber ride consisted of the two literally butting heads and arguing over the amount of space they had compared to the other. and of course techno and wilbur's sly comments in the background.
