Harry stared at the window watching the slowly rising sun appearing behind the tall buildings, hours had passed since Kreacher left to find Mundungus Fletcher and he still hadn't come back. Harry could feel his irritation grow for each second, and the urge to go out himself to look for Mundungus was getting stronger. He must find out were the real locket is, Dumbledore left him this job because he was the only one who could do it. But sitting in Grimmauld place, waiting was not something he wanted to do. He glanced over his shoulder to the direction of the couch, where Hermione was sleeping soundly with her arm handing down from the edges. Close to the couch sleeping in a sleeping bag, Ron slept with his face faced to Hermione's direction. A fool could see they liked each other Harry even saw it last year after seeing Hermione trying to help Ron and somehow make him see her more than a friend. Childish to be Hermione, but he could understand why she did all those things. He could see himself do all those things to get the attention of somebody he liked.
But now there was no place to make any childish things he needs to be high alert and be ready for anything and not make any mistakes, or somebody will die because of him. With a heavy sigh, Harry reached for his cloak, ready to walk out and search for Mundungus himself.
"I don't think it's wise." Said a calm voice.
Harry turned to Sera, who was still sitting in the dusty chair, which she had for the past hours, her eyes on the pages.
" What do you mean?." Asked Harry, looking down at the thick pile of paper she had on her lap. He didn't know what sort of paper it was, but for the past hours, he has seen her looking through them non stop for the past hours in deep concentration.
Sera glanced at him for a short second and turned back to the page.
" You want to go out and search for that Mundungus guy yourself. "
Harry stared at her. " Why do...how?." Sera stood up while putting the paper away, and motion Harry to follow her to the kitchen. Harry followed her, quiet to not wake Ron and Hermione." How did you know?." Harry asked again after closing the door behind him, staring at Sera, who stood calmly beside the stove filled with dirty pans and plates.
" Have you ever heard the phrase 'one expression tell more than 1000 words?."
" No." Said Harry shaking his head." Well, every since Kreacher left, you have been isolated yourself, with a disappointing look."
" Wouldn't you also be disappointed if you find out that one thing you tried to find was right under your nose, but now is gone?." Asked Harry and crossed his arms. " It was right here in this house."
" Anybody would be disappointed over something like that sadly I had too many, of that sort of thing." Sera turned her attention away from him with a sad look. " But anyway, what I mean is, since then, you have been staring at the window looking determined to go out."
" Well, Kreacher hasn't come back yet, and time is running out," Harry said, moving his hand to the handle of the door, ready to go. " It will go faster if I go out and search too."
" Without telling your friends?. What if you get caught, and they won't be there to help you?. It's better if you wait for Kreacher instead of risking getting caught."
Harry glared at her angrily. Time was running out, and she was telling him to stay put and wait. There was no time to wait." You don't understand anything. Dumbledore left me this job to destroy the Horcruxes. Its the only thing that can defeat the dark lord."
" But he didn't tell you to act reckless." Sera grabbed his hand that was on the handle and stared into his eyes with a hard look. " I don't think you completely understand the situation. Dumbledore left you this job, that's true. But if you die, the magical world and the nonmagical is done. All those daily prophets, you have laying around in this place is proof enough, people are on the run, because of the darks lord power the magical world. Nobody is safe, but they still have a small light of hope. And that is you, Harry, I know its sounds like you have a lot more on your shoulder. But if you walk out now trying to search for that man, there is no guarantee that you will come back. Instead, try to use the time to figure out where the other Horcruxes, and include your friends, you are not alone."She let go of his hand and looked at the time on her watch." Think about what I said, right now I have to go."
"Where are you going?." Asked Harry while her words were playing over and over in his head. He knew she was right, but he still thought it would go faster if he walks out and search too.
" I have to go to work, even how the situation is, I still have a job to go to." She opens the door and grabbed her things that were in the living room. " I can come back later today, do you want me to buy some food for you?."
" Umm, yeah, if it's alright with you." Answered Harry, unsure what she was going to do when she gets out. She didn't have an invisible cloak, and two death eaters were watching outside. " But, you how are you going to get past the death eaters outside?."
Sera smiled at him, didn't have any trace of being worried about that small detail." Don't worry. I have that covered." She stood quiet for a few seconds before pulling out a small piece of paper, wrote down something, and handed it to Harry. " If something happened, you can find me in these two places."
Harry took the paper and watched Sera walkout from the Grimmauld place, waving before closing the door behind her, leaving him alone in the long hall.Sera took a deep breath while walking down the stone steps from the building, and watched Grimmauld place number 12 disappearing the moment her foot didn't touch the last step. She didn't plan to be there all night if she knew that, she wouldn't have left the death eaters visible for others who were walking by. She clicked her fingers and turned her back to the death eaters waking up from her little spell while walking down the street to the direction of Lyceum Theatre.
" Good morning, Sera." Greeted Tom at the door to the theatre, digging after his key in his pocket. " Lovely weather." He said with a small grin.
" Can't say its lovely. " Said Sera, glancing up at the dark clouded sky, while an ice-cold wind blew against her back. " But it's better than rain."
" Couldn't agree more." Said Tom, opening the door and held it open so she could slip in too. " But the weather has been acting strangely all over the world. My cousin called me last night. He was on a business trip to Scandinavia, and the weather there is a big mess. Snow, rain, sun, thunders, and more just in one day."
" Mother nature must be indecisive this year." Sera turned the lights on and pulled off her jacket." But you are right that sounds stranges. Oh, I read through your script." She pulled out the script in her bag and handed it to Tom. "It's an amazing story I only made a few notes that maybe could make this story be an amazing play."
Tom breathed out in relief. " Glad to hear some great news."
" Do I want to know what the bad news is?." Chuckled Sera and Tom shook his head, with a small smile on his lips." Maybe another day, how about you go to the stages and go through your lines before Jenny come and start another storm."
" Ayay captain."
" Wrong line."
