There's This Boy

He fell back as a ginger boy bumped into him.

"Oh!I'm really sorry!I have to get to work,I'm in a hurry,I didn't mean to-"

"It's okay,don't worry",The tall boy smiled softly.He then noticed a film introduction book perched on the ground."Is this yours?",The tall boy asked,picking it up before handing it over to the ginger.

"Yeah,sorry.",He apologized,flustered as he took the book and stuffed it into his backpack.

"You're a photographer?"

"Cameraman."

"That's so cool!I'm Garrett by the way,Garrett Watts",He introduced himself,holding his hand out for the ginger to shake.

"heh,thanks.My name is Andrew",He reluctantly took Garrett's hand in his and shook it slightly.

"Wow..."

"Hmm?"

"Oh-Uh It's nothing,Anyway,who do you work with?For your camera stuff?"

"Well-His name is Shane.He's an internet personality.It's my first day",Andrew explained,getting abit more comfortable with talking to Garrett.

"Dawson?The youtuber?",Garrett asked,furrowing his eyebrows slightly.

"Yeah.I was introduced by a friend that knows him.",Andrew looked up at Garrett,Studying his features.Andrew noticed that his face was..admirable.

"I work with him!",Garrett said excitedly,looking down at Andrew,his face tilted down slightly."We had this series with a guy named Drew called spooky boys!"

"Really?",Andrew asked.He was shocked,but glad that he got to work with Garrett,if he was to come around.

"Oh yeah!I have a youtube channel too!",Garrett said,taking out his phone to show Andrew.

Andrew looked at the phone as Garrett turned the screen so it faced Andrew.Andrew hummed in response to seeing a youtube channel with an assortment of videos,mere all vlogs.

"So,are you showing up for today's video?",Andrew asked,looking back up at Garrett.Garrett smiled widely.

"Yeah,in like,30 minutes.You probably have to go early to get everything set up.That's so cool!Shane's getting a camerman!I was just going to get coffee at the Starbucks down the street.If you want,I can get you a coffee or a tea"

"You shouldn't spend your money o-"

"No,nonsense,you are Shane's new camerman,and you're my friend now!I must!",Garrett put his hands onto Andrew's shoulders,grinning a small,but happy,grin."I just have to!What would you like?"

"Well,a milk tea doesn't sound so bad.",Andrew scratched the back of his neck,smiling softly.

"Okay!",Garrett said,still grinning happily."It was really nice meeting you!See you in 30!",Then he scurried off towards the Starbucks.

"Nice...meeting you too",Andrew waved slightly,soon lowering his hand before continuing his way to the spot he was gonna meet his uber.

Garrett walked in,holding a Starbucks tray.Shane smiled and waved excitedly,"Hey Gar!This is-"

"Andrew!Hey Andrew!",Garrett went over to Andrew,handing him his milk tea."Thanks Gar,can I call you that?"

"Totally!Call me whatever you'd like."

Shane looked between the two,clearly confused."Do you two know each other?"

"We met this morning!",Garrett said,smiling softly.Andrew had the recording camera pointed at Garrett,he didn't mind that the camera was pointed to him.Shane smiled goofily as Andrew directed the camera to Shane,zooming in slightly.

For hours,the squad recorded.Garrett and Andrew talked alot during the filming session.

While everyone was leaving,Andrew offered to stay the night at Shane's place because they had better wifi than him.Shane agreed and Ryland didn't mind all that much,they had a guest room,after all.

Before Garrett left,Andrew stopped him by grabbing his wrist gently.Garrett directed his attention to Andrew,"Yes Andrew?"

"Hey Gar,wanna hang out sometime?",Andrew scratched the back of his neck,clearly flustered to ask.

"I would love to!Who's place?"

"Maybe mine?",Andrew suggested.He felt as if his apartment was presentable enough to show to Andrew while his roommate Matt would be out with his wife.

"Oh sure!Here's my number!",Garrett took a piece of paper from Shane's coffee table and wrote down his number."Here!",He gave him the paper.

"..thanks.",Andrew said,smiling widely.
