Note: I tried my best to get everyone where they wanted to be, but I couldn't do so! I had to play around using ranking and whatever would work better because I couldn't just make some people have two performances of the same skill. A lot of people also only commented on one skill, so I had to work with that... If your trainee ended up where you didn't want them to, I'm sorry, I tried my best!
