chapter 10

We stood looking at each other never breaking the eye contact... Chloe added,"meet my best friend nancy". He shook hands with me like it was the first time we've met... And then pulled me in for a hug whispered in my ear," you looking beautiful tonight!", and placed a small warm kiss on my neck making me shiver... He was about to tell chloe that we know each other when she went to attend other guests... I was also going with her when he caught my hand and pulled me in his arms... "Dance with me",he said .i replied like a true smartass teasing him,"ask!". He sat on his knee in front of me and caught attention of the spotlight...my heart raced fast...he lifted his one hand up to me as a gesture of him wanting me to give him my hand... And spoke,"may i have a dance?". I smiled and gave him my hand...all the people were watching us dance in the spotlight over instrumental music. He lifted me up ,swirled me around ,our feet synced in the way like we have been practicing from weeks... All were astonished to see us like that... The music stopped as it ended and there was a loud applause... But we weren't looking at anything else...except for each other...

Spotlight went off and soft music started to play... He placed his hands on my waist and we just moved to the music with my hands on his biceps...he held my hands and placed them on his shoulders like,'he's saying I'd like them to be here!'... We spoke nothing until he said," you look beautiful!". I giggled and said ,"you said this before". He kissed on my hand which was around his neck and said,"it wasn't enough",which made me smile... We were dancing and chloe appeared with a look like 'im gonna find out what you guys are hiding!' We went for the cake cutting and the party finished...

I was also about to leave when she said ,"its over for outsiders!". She had planned a movie night for us... Me ,her,drew and nick i blushed even when i thought his name.^^

We went up to the second floor and she had a set up of a projector on one wall and two sofas in two corners of the opposite side of the screen...she was definitely going to sit with that drew... Wait! That means i have to sit with- um- i looked at him and he teased me with a wink...like he knew what i just thought....

We got seated in our seats with pizzas and he played the movie... The projector was in between the two sofas...so we couldnt see them but we surely knew what they were doing... ^^ cute! I looked upon nick who was looking at me... I said ,"im cold". He opened one of his hands indicating me that he's saying 'come here'. I slid into his arms , kept my head on his warm chest and he wrapped his hand around me and rubbing my hand... We looked at each other and then the screen...it just seemed perrrfeectt! ^^
