It's amazing how a shit load of things can change in such a short period of time.

Last year, if someone told me I'd be dating my worst enemy in the next six months, I'd just laugh and ask them to piss off even if they were the world's best fortune teller.

Two months ago, if they told me that my boyfriend would cheat on me with the sluttiest slut that has ever slutted in our school, I'd either de-ball them or punch their face so hard that their head would fly off to Mars. Not that I'm a strong lady-just making a point.

If you're wondering how the hell I started dating the person I loathed so damn much, bring a bucket of popcorn or something because I have a long story to tell.

Let's go back to the very beginning. I moved in this town, Davis' Falls, two years ago with my father and an eight year old brother. My dear mom had found a new man to screw with and so she left us without a goodbye. We were the talk of the town. That was the reason why we left actually; the place wasn't worth dealing with all the gossips and stares. I was fifteen back then.

I was still pissed about the fact that my mom had left us for someone else and that because of her I had to separate from my best friend Aura when we moved here. I barely talked to anyone after I enrolled in Emerald Academy and it was not until the day I almost made Nathan sterile that people started noticing me.

It had been a week since I'd started attending classes in my new school. I was on the tenth grade and Nathan and I were in the same class. The second bell rang and students ran outside the class as if Beyoncé was performing in the hallway. I took my time though, I wouldn't have given two shits even if Adam Levine was running around the corridor without a shirt on.

I walked out of the room towards my locker but before I could reach my destination, someone pushed me hard and I fell on my face. Two seconds later, the sound of feet shuffling had been replaced with laughter all around.

"Oops, a fish fell down!" A voice behind me said as I got on my feet. "Or by the looks of it, should I say a seal?" His statement caused the crowd that had formed around me to laugh once again as I turned to see the moron that had just messed with me. Nathan was standing with a big smirk on his face like he'd just been elected for the next President... of Douchebagland.

I could feel myself burning and I wouldn't have been surprised if I exploded like a freaking volcano at that particular moment. I had a lot going on in my life already and a bully wasn't welcome to make my life more miserable. So I decided to end it once and for all and without giving him a moment to see what was coming next, I slapped his face so hard I thought it would turn one hundred and eighty degrees. I heard gasps as I turned around and walked casually towards my locker, this time actually reaching there.

"Who the hell do you think you are!?" Nathan roared as I closed my locker. He was standing not more than three feet away from me and the crowd had followed him. That moment I realized he was the hero of tenth grade, but I couldn't care less.

"Someone who won't let a bully control her life, Veronica Collins," I stared right into his eyes that were burning.

He didn't say anything for a while, just glared at me. Then his face turned into a demonic grin and before I could find the reason behind his sudden change in mood, two hands held me by my arms and pushed me down my knees. "You should've known better girl," a girl's voice entered my ears. I can still remember how annoying it was. Apparently some people's voices describe their personality.

I tried pushing myself up without any success because those two hands belonged to two different people. The second girl, whose voice was yet to be heard, looked like a fucking WWE champion.
