Gymnasium, ceiling, bleachers that thanfully has a back rest, and ofcourse the lil boring program.(Sorry to those officers who worked hard for this)
Btw it's your typical Valentines Day progra--
"Ladies and Gentemen," the MC started. "Let's all take a break from all this boring talk shall we?"
The audience laughed altogether
"And since it's the day popularized by Cadbury Company to sell more chocolates on this day. We would also dare and try introducing you to a new school tradition of love profession. To help those "torpe" (shy) boys finally stand up and to ofcourse keep our tradition where boys first declare their crush to the person they fancy a lil alive. No hate for the ladies who made the first move YOU GIRLS ROCK!!"
Okay, I am in awe for these officers and clearly, I spoke too soon
Suddenly the gymnasium lights turned off like is there a sudden block out? really? it's a bummer then cause i'm liking the program so far.
A spotlight was then focused on a 10th grader with a guitar worn. He started singing or as the tradition names it "Harana." But everyone is still clueless as to who he was dedicating this to.
In the middle of the song his own recording of the song played on the speakers, a good reason for him to stop singing from the mic. He then grabbed a bouquet of flowers from the shadows of spotlight. And it was orange roses! symbolizing fascination and enthusiasm towards your crush.
Okay this 10th grader got some game I have to admit.
He walked towards or should I say following the now second spotlight that emerged from his spotlight which stopped to a girl who I suppose is his crush.
The girl was obviously shocked about the revelation and stood up to accept the bouquet.
And once again a black out was observed then suddenly lights were now back at tha stage where the MC was already standing.
"Okay now for the next brave soul ASHER!!!!"
Oh my gosh to this brave soul, Asher is A senior or 12th grader which makes me his junior considering i'm still in my 11th grade. The current SSG president of our campus, a top student and a star player of badminton. All in all he was one of the students who raised the name of our campus by snatching all those medals, awards, and plaques of every competition he enters.
And now as he walk to his destination he gives a single red rose to every girl on his way while the spotlight was on him. And oh btw I think you guys already know but I would still like to share that red roses are the traditional way of saying I love you on Valentine's Day.
I see this as a chance to exit the gymnasium for the crowds roar was too much for my ear drums.
As I was one step close to the exit I have to really applaud the officers for now the second spotlight is on me.
My fiancé still found me amidst this darkness.
