Loving the Unlovable

Chapter 2

Once you both reached the couch, he laid down on it, putting you on top of himself. You looked at him and blushed more.

 "Are you comfortable my dear?" He asked, then he pulled you closer to him. He smiled and placed a kiss upon your forehead.

 You blushed like crazy as Alastor then put his hand on your cheek, smiling. You wanted to kiss him, but thought he wouldn't like it. He then looked at you, puzzled. 

"Are you alright darling?" he asked you, a hint of concern in his voice. You didn't respond, which made him worry more. His worried face made his charming smile disappear. 

 "Yes Alastor, i'm alright. I have something on my mind." You finally answered. But it seemed to make him worry more. You sighed, why were you letting him get worried if all you wanted to do was kiss him, right? You thought to yourself. You decided to make him stop worrying and leaned forward, placing a simple kiss on his lips. When you looked up at Alastor, his face was bright red and his hand was over his mouth, touching his lips, shocked. 

He then looked at you, eyes locked with yours. He started to chuckle as he moved his hand away from his mouth. Smiling, he returned the kiss, making you turn into a tomato. You yawned, alerting Alastor that you weren't joking about being tired. You laid your head on his chest, feeling the warmth of his body help you fall asleep.

The next morning when you woke up, you were still on the couch of the hotel lobby, you were still on top of Alastor, which you didn't mind. But when you realized he was asleep, that's what triggered you, since you had never seen him sleep, and if he did, then he didn't do it often. You then felt something soft on your arm, and when you turned your head, to your relief, it was a simple, maroon blanket. When you moved again, you realized that Alastor was waking up. As he woke up, he adjusted into a sitting position, and smiled at you.
