As you woke up today, the first thing you thought about was yesterday. Your study night with Kuroo. Thinking about how much fun it was, a big smile appeared on your face.

After getting ready, you left the Dorm.
You knocked on the door of Bokuto's and Kuroo's dorm. As the door opened you were greeted by Bokuto's shining smile. 'Woahh so bright' "Ohayo (Y/n)-Chan!" Bokuto patted your head. You all were in the same class so all of you walked to class together every morning.
"Umm is Kuroo ready? We have to go and Yaku is waiting too" you said looking behind Bokuto, to look for the raven haired boy.
"Umm I think he's in the Bathroom right now.... Ah there he is!" As you saw him your eyes widened. This was an rare sight of him. Kuroo with his hair down. "You ok (Y/n)?"
"Uhh y-yeah" you said not looking in his eyes.
"Oh you mean my hair? Yeah that's what happens if I shower in the morning, the bed head is gone haha! I know it doesn't look good" "Uhh no I think it looks cute! But not like cute that I think you're cute it's just cute from you're looking good Uh-" "It's ok I understand what you mean" he laughed and patted your head. "But let's go or we gonna be late"

It was lunchtime now. As you sat at the table with everyone you couldn't hold it anymore. There was this thing you wanted to do since this morning. You tapped on Kuroo's shoulder.
"Yeah?" He turned around giving you an asking look. "Uhh can I touch your hair?" you asked with closed eyes, blushing, to embarrassed to look at him. Kuroo let out a little chuckle "heh sure" he said while leaning down so you could reach his head. "Still sooo soft!" Your eyes sparkled. The boy just laughed.
But the two of you didn't notice Bokuto and Yaku starring at this interesting sight you gave them. "Oh I remembered something I wanted to tell you since this morning (Y/n)!"
Kuroo said after you were done petting his head. You just nodded, signaling that he could continue. "I wanted to introduce you to someone! But I have to be honest I don't have a clue where this boy is heh" he laughed. After that the four of you happily started chatting again. But some eyes were on you. And not in a good way...
As the break was nearly over you had to go to the toilet. (BATHROOM BATHROOM I GOT TO PEEEE) "I'll be right back" you said and stood up from the table. The perfect chance to talk to you alone. As you walked to the girls bathroom, you were followed by Saki.

As you opened the cabin to wash your hands,suddenly Saki blocked your way.
"Hey, Saki right?" "Yes aand you were? Sorry I'm not good with names!" she laughed.
"Heh it's ok I'm (Y/n)" "Ohhhhh right Kuroo's ex ahaha!" "Umm yes..." Saki followed this plan. Making you uncomfortable. So uncomfortable you wouldn't talk to Kuroo anymore. "Then we have something in common! He was my boyfriend in Highschool" saki laughed devilish. "Oh ok.." "You know, It was great seeing him growing up to a man... sad that you weren't there mmh" "I-" "I made him to the one he is today! Sad... You could have done this too" "Ah yeah but it's ok, you made a really good job" you smiled to get rid of her and this uncomfortable situation. Saki slowly got mad, her plan didn't work.
"You know...I think he still likes me sooo I don't think you'll have a chance! I gotta go now have a good day mmh!" she laughed and left.
"What the hell was that...." but it kinda hurt you. No, you didn't want the other to know so you decided to bottle up your feelings.

Arriving in the lunch area you saw something that gave you the rest. Saki was sitting on your place happily chatting with the others and her slightly teasing Kuroo. Then Bokuto noticed you standing a few meters away from the table.
"Hey come here (Y/n)-chan!" He smirked and waved. You wanted to take a few steps closer, when Saki laid her head on Kuroo's shoulder.
You just shook your head and walked somewhere no one else should be.

When you finally found a place you sat against the wall, head on your knees, sobbing. "Hey you ok?" you heard a soft voice asking. You looked up to see a pudding head holding his hand in your direction. "Uh yes?"
" I don't think you're ok if you sit here, alone and you're crying" He sat down next to you.
"I'm Kenma nice to meet you" he gave you a tired smile. "I'm (Y/n)... nice to meet you Kenma-kun" you sobbed. "So now that we know each other, want to tell me what happened?" "Well there's this boy, his name is Kuroo and we were a couple in middle school... and this one girl won't leave me alone about that. She tells me things I really don't want to know, like her relationship with him and stuff. Actually I don't think I'm in love with him anymore but it kinda hurt when she told me about that..." Kenma's eyes widened as he heard the name of his friend but he decided to keep it to himself for the beginning. (And yes, I know that Kenma is one year younger but I decided in this story he'll be the same age as Kuroo) 'I bet she means Saki... Ugh I never liked her' "Oh that's shitty... Want me to help you?" he gave you an caring look and laid his hand on your shoulder. You nodded "that would be great... actually they're in the cafeteria right now..." "Then let's go" his smile had turned into a brighter one than the last time. As you walked to the cafeteria your new friend tapped on your shoulder.
"Do you like Animal crossing?"
